Excellent hotel for cheap price. Clean and nice room, and nice little pool too. Nice environment and not too far from the central city. There was a fridge and wine classes in the room and all kind of kitchen equipment as well. Even a washing machine for the dishes. Great!

Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.

The carpet near the bar in the room was wet for most of the time, maybe the previous occupant spilled some water. Other than that, all is very satisfaying, the receptionists are super professional. The location is convenient to all nearby attractions. I had the court yard view room, it is so quiet and I love it!

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Straßburg und waren sehr begeistert. Die Begrüßung im Hotel sehr herzlich. Alles wurde sehr freundlich erklärt ( Stadtplan/Parkmöglichkeiten/Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.) Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, sauber und charmant eingerichtet. Ein Wasserkocher ist vorhanden, sodass man sich jederzeit Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten kann. Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern und sauber. Kleine Anmerkung: hier fehlte uns eine Steckdose. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Ganz besonders lobend möchten wir nochmals das überaus sehr freundliche, mehrsprachige Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücks-Buffet erwähnen. Das ist heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel relativ zentral zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man braucht kein Auto und keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Fazit: Für uns war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit und wir empfehlen das Hotel bedenkenlos weiter

房間很大，很乾凈，也很安靜，服務枱小姐姐也很nice,位置也還好，不是商業鬧市區，還算方便，下次還會入住

Expensive and not worth it. We had booked two rooms for two adults and our two children. The pool was cold. When we ate in the restaurant (with few other guests) we had to wait an hour for the pricy food. The food was not that good and one dish had to be returned because the chicken was so dry. When we got to the rooms and looked forward to sleeping, it turned out that our two rooms on the first floor were located right above a noisy wedding party. The hotel must have been aware of that from the start. Very tired, we now had to pack our luggage and change to two new rooms. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Hotel was great! Staff were friendly!! Breakfast was good! Everything was just acceptable with the price.

The location was the only flaws of the hotel. It takes around 15mins tram from the central station. Other than that it was almost perfect

Great hotel. Close to main station. Walkable to all main attractions. Great breakfast buffet. Bilingual staff. Clean modern rooms.
