"Schönes neueres Hotel. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Vorplatz des vietnamesischen Zolls entfernt. Uns wurde ein Zimmer im 9. Stock angeboten. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, mit Blick auf den Fluss, modern eingerichtet, absolut sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgerüstet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage kann im Zimmer reguliert werden. Kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und spricht teilweise Englisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht sehr umfangreich aber sehr fein. Für einen Teil des warme Buffets kann aus einer Liste bestellt werden. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Strassenmarkt, viele Geschäfte, diverse ATMs und gute Restaurants."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially Dua Lipa, she’s an absolute gem). Check-in and check-out were smooth. We had to change room as we booked different type of rooms for day 1 and day 2. The tranfer was smooth as we were out the whole day and the bags were moved to our new room. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast spread was good too with fresh fruits and fresh breads. Location was perfect - right smack in the center, close to the train station to Fansipan as well as meeting point for our tours. Easy to catch a taxi, near eateries. Excellent hotel to stay while in Sa Pa."

"We stayed 3 nights in the Grand Room with Mountain View during the winter season. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is hot water available 24/7 to warm our souls in the cold weather. The huge bath tub was also a bonus. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush/paste and bedroom slippers are also provided. The location of the hotel is superb. Sun Plaza is probably 7 to 8 mins walk away from the hotel (with some slope going up) but it is very manageable. There are many outdoor gear shops, good restaurants and massage parlours around the area and within walking distance (some as close as 1 to 2 mins of walking). Breakfast is served in typical buffet style and included some local dishes. Nothing very fancy but definitely good enough to fill your stomachs. The infinity pool is just right beside the restaurant and offers a very good view of the mountains. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the front desk speaks perfect english. They are always ready to serve your needs and you can arrange tours/spas with them. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth every penny spent and we would definitely recommend it!"

"Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!"

"Definitely recommend staying at Q Hotel Sapa! The staff are incredibly friendly and provide great hospitality from the moment you arrive. Anyone coming to Sapa should definitely stay here. The hotel is strategically located, with many restaurants, cafés, and local attractions within walking distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would happily come back again."

"I truly recommend to stay in this hotel. Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and accommodating from the time we checked in, dined in and checked out you can feel their warmth and hospitality. Considering that the hotel is affordable there is free breakfast and rooms are clean. They gave us free drinks and banana which we brought to eat in our van while on our way to Hanoi. The welcome tea is also nice, we even got another round while waiting for our grab on our 2nd day."

"Allow early check-in when room is ready. Room is clean, quiet, big with good layout, very big bed, beautifully quality furnished like a boutique hotel & very well maintained; has a dressing table with mirror, 1 pc 2-way light switch behind bed pillow, love the safe box, big umbrella but no bathrobe, has very good balcony valley-view at a level higher than KK Hotel but Mt Fansipan cannot seen except from the roof top, get live CNA on smart TV's YouTube, good wifi, ample power points, good water pressure with very hot shower-water but do not fully on this rain shower as its water will off-shoot to ceiling & bounce on to wash basin, air-heater is not big enough for this big room. Very welcoming & warm staffs, received a welcome back fruit platter, buffet breakfast is 6:30 to 9am, Daisy is very friendly, & hotel's own travel officer Duyen has vast knowledge on Sapa with good contacts and is honest & always helpful. Has good housekeeping too. Hotel has many restaurants very close by and is also close to Sun Plaza. Thanks to the management & Duyen for my very pleasant stay."
