The hotel is in an old building which has been renovated beautifully. Our twin room faced the street and the refuse collection in the early morning was a bit noisy but the room was great overall. Breakfast was very good and parking was very easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Bonne expérience, hotel luxueux, ancien palais de justice, proche de la gare et visite du château. Nous sommes venus pour la piscine et hammam, vous serez heureux de ce choix ! Salle de jeux conviviale pour les familles, très bon accueil, merci. Nous reviendrons

Beautiful chateau close to the Loire. Actually not that old. 1920 or so. A great place to stay. They are going to close the chateau next sept to start renovations.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, très bien situé si vous comptez faire la visite des châteaux de Chambord ou Cheverny 😉 Tout était nickel, de l'accueil très chaleureux à la propreté et aux services offerts.

特別美的莊園古堡酒店，預訂時以為在A10邊上，實際傍晚到時下了高速還要開挺遠的，莊園很大很美，雖然沒趕上藍天白雲，在雨中，雨後的空氣瀰漫著花草香，加上莊重的古堡，秀氣的小屋，遠處的盧瓦爾河谷，構成一幅絕美的畫卷。小貼士，如果想入住主樓，一定在預訂時註明需求！不過有拎着箱子爬三四層的風險。

If you are traveling by bicycle, this is the place to go. Secure and covered bike parking in the back yard. Central location right next to the train station yet quiet at night. Amenities are awesome, with pool and laundry facilities. We had a full kitchen it the room. Highly recommended.

QQiepangpang酒店是個老建築，看上去很古典，但好像新刷了漆還是用臘打了地板，味道非常大。因為晚上用餐回去很晚，所以躺下才發現味道已經半夜，不好意思打擾，開着窗子坐了一晚，很無奈。

Et leur resto était plein donc pensez à réserver surtout le week-end
On a trouvé qu’une seule serviette pour la douche et la piscine donc j’ai du insister pour avoir une deuxième. La réceptionniste a accepté de nous en donner.
La piscine devient pleine pendant les heures où c’est accessible mais c’est très bien, propre et moderne

The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. The staff were pleasant and some helpful but it is all over-priced for what you got. The eV chargepoints in the piravte car park were a welcome addition for an eV driver but the first one I tried didn't work so I missed the opportunity to get a full charge during dinner which gave me a lot of issues the next day.

VVKS-123We stayed here from December 19-21, 2023. This is a beautiful hotel, well, really a castle! The grounds are very nice and there is even a Michelin rated restaurant located on the grounds. The rooms are big and well appointed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This location is great as a base while exploring the nearby castles and chateaus, of which there are many. There is parking on the grounds, and also nearby places to dine and drink. One of the more unique locations we have stayed on our journeys.

The owner of the Chateau went extra mile to always make sure we were enjoying our stay at the most.
We stayed 2 nights and stayed most of the time at the property enjoying the facilities.
Breakfast is continental but the quality is top and also plentiful to start the day.
I highly recommend to stay at Chateau des Arpentis if you travel to Loire Valley visiting castles.

我們訂了一個城堡大床房型，在攜程平台上的圖片展示裏，是有浴缸的房型，本來我們準備住在盧瓦爾那邊，但看到有浴缸，考慮到在巴黎很多步行，當天孩子可以在酒店休息，我才選擇多開一個小時車程來這個酒店住宿。
但入住時發現，不僅是一個小閣樓房，而且沒有浴缸，通過攜程平台與酒店溝通，回覆是當天滿房，沒有其他可換。這顯然是一個錯誤邏輯。既然顯示浴缸房可以預訂，就應該可以安排，以滿房為藉口，訂單既然被確認，就説明我們的協議確立，結果到現場安排一個不符合我們約定的房型，這顯然不符合歐洲倡導的遵守協議的精神，這是詐騙。
這裏要給攜程點贊，一直在堅持幫我們與相關代理商和酒店溝通，最後達成賠償協議。
但令人遺憾的事又發生了，我發現我們房間的空調不能工作，與酒店反覆溝通，最後兩個空調出風口衹有一個能有微弱風力，我們衹好稍微打開窗户睡覺，但窗外有空調嗡鳴聲，導致很晚入睡。
第二天早晨，又一次打擊襲來。因為頭晚入睡晚，導致第二天早晨孩子十點半才醒，酒店在入住時提示我們，下樓在餐廳吃早餐時間是7-10點，早餐送房間服務可到11點。我們在10點45跟酒店電話溝通，請餐廳送早餐到房間，但等到11點03，仍然沒有早餐送來。考慮到需要開長途到戴高樂機場辦理登機手續，我們實在沒時間跟酒店扯皮了。衹好餓着肚子辦理退房離開。
酒店的環境不錯，所謂的城堡酒店，城堡很小，但建築漂亮，院內有森林和蓮池，荷葉上還有小青蛙，餐廳是開放的，坐在院子裏吃飯，看風景很舒服。酒店還有一個小遊泳池。硬件不錯，環境也很好。房間裏的設施也都很新，浴室設施品質不錯。
酒店的位置位於圖爾的半山這邊，盧瓦河在山下，圖爾的老城也在山下，距離約3.5公里。開車下山，可以定位圖爾教堂，傍晚以後把車停在教堂和城堡之間的停車場，是免費的，旁邊小街上都是各種餐廳，還有一家家樂福營業到晚上10點。街上餐廳有法餐意大利菜和敍利亞菜，法餐都比較事兒，不會法語很麻煩，價格人均要20歐左右。如果想保險，就去吃簡單的土耳其烤肉。

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel is located in a beautiful park surrounded by forest, relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Rooms are a little of the old style but it makes feel like a cosy family castle, ideal for a retreat. Excellent restaurant for dinner, breakfast on the terrasse.
The staff was sympathetic, dynamic and caring.
