Sadece bir gece kaldık ama beklediğimizden daha iyiydi!! Oda temiz ve yataklar rahat. Havaalanına yakın olduğu için uçağın sesi gürültülü ama genel olarak ödenen ücrete göre çok iyi bir konaklama. Yakındaki ibis otelde akşam yemeği yedik ve pizzası güzeldi!

Had a great stay in this hotel. Room is big and amenities are good. The down side is charging extra 9 euro for room service for delivering food to the room which i feel it is so unreasonable.

Konumu havaalanına otobüsle gitmek için mükemmel, otobüs 15 dakika sürüyor ve durak çok yakın. Odada klima çalışmıyordu ve odayı ısıtmak için bize küçük bir elektrikli ısıtıcı verdiler, çok yazık.

Resepsiyon personeli çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı da fena değildi. Ancak odalar iyi değildi. Oda değiştirdikten sonra bile soğuk su ve duş jeli veya sabun yoktu. Bu fiyata sıcak duş temel bir gereksinimdir...

Resepsiyonda personel bulunmuyor ve İngilizce telefonla personele ulaşarak giriş yapabilirsiniz. Erken giriş yapma imkânınız varsa otelin otoparkında ücretli otopark rezervasyonu yaptırabilirsiniz, ancak sınırlı sayıda park yeri mevcut olabilir, yer yoksa otele 11 dakika uzaklıkta ücretsiz otopark bulunmaktadır. Pros: The hotel is new and very beautiful. The room was cozy, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable — soft bedding and great pillows made for an excellent sleep. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. Good soundproofing. There's convenient parking right at the hotel (18 euros per night). Cons: The airport shuttle only starts at 6:30 AM, and we had an early flight, so we had to park the car at a different location where 24/7 transfers were available. It was surprising that a hotel of this level didn’t provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, or even a small hygiene kit. This really didn’t match the otherwise high standard of the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. Very nice room decor. The bed was so comfy that we had a very good sleep. The room lightings were conveniently set - can choose different 'scenes' for different purpose. Breakfast buffet line was decently good. I also like the idea that the hotel provides sparkling water on tab.

Ottimo hotel, locato in una posizione vicina all’aeroporto di Zaventem, i ragazzi della reception sono tutti cordiali e gentili, c’è la possibilità di eseguire anche il check-in anticipato pagando 20€, ha il suo parcheggio interrato e anche all’aperto volendo con colonnine per auto elettriche. Le stanze internamente sono molto spaziose e moderne, con letti comodi e confortevoli. Sicuramente ci tornerò !!

Prettig verblijf gehad, kamer was niet bijzonder groot maar prima als solo reiziger. Vriendelijk personeel en leuke huiselijke setting van lobby c.q. restaurant waar je 's avonds kan kiezen uit een bescheiden menu. Het ontbijt was super! Locatie was top en afstand tot de luchthaven niet ver. Prima te bereiken met de bus. Zou hier volgende keer zeker weer verblijven.

Good: Close to the airport. Quite rooms. Bad: Coffee machine malfunctions from time to time. Breakfast so so.... My mastercard failed to be charged. Thats why I made reservation here.
