The beds are clean and comfortable but the toilets and showers are not that clean. The room has a lot of beds, I can’t imagine how crowded it can get when full. Location is good and for the price it’s oka

This hotel is very convenient if you are taking bus from Hakata Bus Terminal. It stopped right in front of the hotel. Inside the hotel, it has tourist information counter where tourists can buy bus pass etc. Room and toilet are small and is common in Japan, but they are clean and stay is comfortable.They have 1 indoor and outdoor onsen. Opposite the hotel is a departmental store and is 10 mins walk to Beppu train station. Beppu tower is just a short distance walk from hotel. If you are taking a bus to Yifuin, bus stop 1 is just nearby, opposite direction of hotel. I will recommend this hotel if you are coming to Beppu.

此酒店類似國內民宿吧，一對50多歲的老夫妻在經營，女的接待加打掃，男的廚師兼雜工。一共四間房被我們一行八個人承包了，所以我超有發言權，銀河最大有個和室房，但池子的環境略遜色。另外三間都是半露天的風呂，冰箱裏還有漂浮餐盤（毛豆、清酒），邊泡温泉邊吃喝，超有情調。温泉水最高能達到70℃，所以有時候需要自己調節熱水龍頭和冷水龍頭，搞不定可以到前台找男主人幫忙。 總體符合預期，就是剛抵達時外面下着雨，中間那個房子裏除了餐廳沒有客廳，把我們一行人堵在門口，問我要2000yen，真是醉了🥴

너무 좋았어요 커튼을 열면 강이 보이는데 정말 살아있는 액자를 매일매일 보는 기분이었습니다. 솔직히 숙소 자체는 노후된 건물이라 군데군데 거미줄이 있는 곳도 있고 다소 노후된 느낌도 있었지만 그래도 그런 부분들이 전혀 아쉽지 않을 정도로 좋은 곳이었어요! 직원분들은 모두 친절하고 특히 조식은 꼭 추가하세요… 정말 메뉴 하나하나가 전부 생각나고 너무 맛있어요… 진짜 대접받는다는 기분을 느낄 수 있어요! 그리고 거북이, 도마뱀 친구랑 1층에서 교감을 시도해 볼 수 있고 2층에는 온천, 3층에는 안마의자와 놀이방 등 여름에 너무 더워 나가기 싫어서 호텔에만 있었는데도 너무 행복했어요! 정말 좋은 곳… 다음에 또 일본을, 히타를 오게 된다면 무조건 여기부터 생각날 것 같아요

Room and onsen were good - clean, spacious, lovely view and not crowded. The food for breakfast and dinner average, not Wow type and same menu for our 2 night stay. A big mall nearby but close early 10am to 7pm. The hotel is popular with Japanese, ********* and Koreans but luckily the onsen though only one each indoor and outdoor, was not crowded so can go several time in a day and good amenities provided in the Onsen washing area. Will want to visit again Soon!

房間就是普通的超級酒店連鎖那樣的酒店，很乾凈但是有點悶因為開不了窗，但是我想説前台的服務非常非常好，尤其是一位叫做幸野的女士，是我在日本遇到的最認真負責的前台，因為要送行李去其他的酒店，她很認真的幫我核對，告訴怎麼填麪單，我離開酒店後她還冒雨跑來送我一把大分的特產糖讓我路上注意安全，謝謝你，那天早上我感到很開心很幸福。

Very convenient location, next to the JR station. The room is clean and there is a public bath. The hotel provides comfortable environment for tourist to relax

這次女兒特意來日本日田看進擊的巨人作者諫山創老師的大壩雕塑 酒店距離日田總站很近，幾分鐘就能到，酒店展示櫃內擺放着進擊的巨人周邊，酒店比較老舊，但蠻乾淨 到日田一定要準備足夠的現金，這裏刷卡和付款寶用的機會很少，因為這是日本到農村，另外交通很不方便。 房間不算很大，房間開窗就看到山，有免費早餐，中西二種可以選擇。

I stayed for 2 nights in early Jan 2025. The hotel was conveniently located at about 15 minutes walk from Oita station, and close to many shops, F&B outlets and also the castle ruins attraction. On the ground floor, there is also a cafe/eatery with pleasant staff that served simple yet delightful breakfast, as well as a Lawson convenience shop. The room was typical Japanese room, clean and decent. There was no form of cleaning provided, including any change of towels, for my room.

The hotel is located in an area near restaurants, shops and supermarket so it is very convenient. The parking is next to the hotel but limited lots and must pay a ¥1000 and not complimentary. Breakfast was good with a variety of selections.
