We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. The people at the reception were very nice and our room was clean and comfortable and had a view of the park. The hotel bar was really nice too, I had the best Irish Coffee! We didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner but we had our breakfast there every morning, they had a very nice selection of items. The hotel is in a great location in the city and Viseu is also a very nice city.

Nice staff, introduce the facilities in the hotel, gave you a welcoming drink. Large room with minimum items. Need to prepare your own tissue paper

Pleasant stay in this hotel. It is designed in a quite modern and stylish way coming with good amenities. Breakfast was sufficient for me (as I’m usually not a big breakfast eater). All the staffs were helpful and friendly. Only the con is that I encountered their argument scenes twice in a row, in a same day… you don’t want to see or hear loud arguments by employees first in the morning at breakfast, 7am! Please be more mindful of the guest and do not show it. I didn’t feel good about it, so I cannot give full 5 stars, otherwise I liked the stay and would love to come back.

Hotel bem localizado, com um atendimento simpático e agradável.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Quinta de Sao Luis. The property is well located and surrounded by the vineyards. The room offers a nice view. Breakfast is delicious. However, the price for dinner is a bit pricey compared to the quantity of food.

Atendimento muito bom. Fomos recebidos por um sorriso por todos os funcionários. Espaço agradável e espaçoso. O café da manhã ofereceu uma grande variedade e com boa qualidade num espaço com uma vista e um ambiente incrível. Vale mesmo a pena e recomendo vivamente.

Ubicación genial, a un paso del centro histórico. Habitación muy cómoda y bien decorada. Piscina muy agradable, aunque por la tarde está a la sombra. Buen aparcamiento exterior. Personal amable. A mejorar: el desayuno. El café es malísimo, imperdonable en Portugal y en un establecimiento de este nivel.

Bem instalado bastante comodo uma vista deslumbrante sobre a serra o único reparo ruido pelo funcionamento do ar condicionado.

设施：在一個山丘上，環境很好，設備也很好 卫生：很乾淨 早餐：很不錯 服务：前台特別的熱心且負責！非常讚！ 由於我車子因為google導航出了點問題，帶到一個小山路，晚上因為緊張且一側有樹木，導致右前側玻璃被擊破！前台幫忙聯繫租車公司，用葡萄牙語描述了我的狀況！由於我有買當地保險，租車公司直接安排拖車來處理，並且安排了一輛taxi帶我們去Porto機場換車!

Extensive work being carried out meant noise throughout the hotel. Every time we needed reception we had to wait for staff to return. On the plus side, the restaurant staff were excellent.
