"酒店員工服務超級好，很有禮貌，笑容都很燦爛（是眼晴也在微笑那種）。前台員工還在我們退房時，特意主動出來迎送，還主動提出要幫忙拍攝留念照，並且在馬路上幫忙提揮我們的車，當車離開時也有再次迎新，真的感受到員工的熱情。 房間也很大（純和室來說是超級大，粗略數了數主空間不止25帖），而且景觀也很好，望下去就一條河流，而且還能聽到流水聲（當然是要開窗的，隔音幾不錯的）。 溫泉也是酒店一大特色，我們是坐酒店免費接駁巴士，在酒店門口就能坐，班次大約20-30分鐘一班，會接到酒店的露天溫泉，有5款溫泉，而且全都很讚，不過很少人去😂😂😂 朋友們也說是很值得再住的一次體驗"

"We had a great stay at Kamenoi Hotel Aso Park. We booked a room in the South Building, which was spacious,clean, and had a large, comfortable bed. The hotel provides yukata robes in various colors, which was a lovely touch for guests to enjoy the onsen experience. ♨️ The onsen was large and relaxing — perfect after a day of exploring Aso. 🚗 Parking was very convenient, located right next to the hotel. Just across the parking area, there’s a 24-hour convenience store called Obentou Hirai offering ready-made bentos, hot meals, ramen, and udon — extremely convenient for late-night snacks or quick meals. 🍱 We chose a room-only package without meals, and in the morning, we visited the local souvenir and food center at Aso Station. It had a great selection of local foods and breakfast options, plus plenty of gifts and souvenirs to bring home. Overall, a comfortable stay with everything we needed nearby. Highly recommended if you’re exploring the Aso area!"

BB_BClean, Convenient, and Family-Friendly Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. If you're planning to drive, please note that the hotel does not have free parking spaces. However, there are nearby paid parking options just a short walk away, so it's still quite convenient. There’s also a convenience store located right across the street, which is a big plus. Check-in and check-out are both quick and hassle-free, thanks to the hotel's automated machines. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the room was spacious enough for my child to run around comfortably. One feature I especially appreciated was the in-room washing machine along with a heated drying rack and rail in the bathroom—super handy when traveling with kids and needing to wash their clothes. Nightgowns are also provided, just like at another Fav Lux hotel I stayed at in Nagasaki. The room is equipped with a full set of kitchen appliances, perfect for light cooking or preparing fruits and snacks.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano. Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.

MMisafir KullanıcıStaff were nice, a couple of them speaks English well. Our twin room with sofa bed was adequate. Sofa bed has seen better times n can feel the springs, not for someone who is on heavy side. Location of hotel is good. We love the hair dryer, Refa brand, top notch. Parking cost ¥1000 per night. Just behind is the shopping street and ard 15 mins walk is a big shopping mall, Sakura Machi. Kumamoto Castle can be seen opposite the hotel but if walking is still not so near. We decided to check out of hotel and drove to the castle. There are a few parking lots near to the castle but some need to walk longer.
