Great location and great hotel. Very accessible and near to malls and attractions. The hotel has amazing restaurants from fine dining to more affordable food halls - you’ll really never go hungry! 😊And if you’re planning to watch sports games at The Stadium, the hotel has direct access to premium boxes 😊 you’re watching without really leaving the hotel. It’s really the best place to stay. Also, the tram and other public transports are just a walk away!

Outdoor Onsen oversee the harbor has a very nice view . ( Only negative point is they don’t have Wifi in the room . Have to go to level 3 ( check in areas) to get Free Wifi though they provided Free hot drink machines and sofa for you to sit .

楽しかったです、 特にこの時期プールが開設しておりお子さん達は大喜びでした、次回は孫ときたいですね、 料理も種類豊富で美味しく頂きました、 1番良かったのはスタッフの方の親切丁寧な対応が良くまた来たいと思いました

Hotel is located in a remote area of hill side. Good view, sufficient car parks. Clean. There is a small chapel inside the hotel for wedding. Yes, this is a hotel best for wedding. Beautiful outlook hotel with panoramic view of the city. Nice and I will stay in this hotel again in the next time vieiw.

I choose this hotel just because it’s close to kujuku cruise and has large parking space. Don’t expect too much except its location. There’s a free shuttle to Sasebo station. I wait for the last shuttle back to the hotel at the drop off/ pick up point. I was there more than 10 minutes before but the shuttle didn’t come. Luckily there’s a taxi station nearby. But it’s disappointing.

飯店的服務人員態度非常好，在福岡旅遊住宿感覺最好， 下次會再帶父母一起來遊玩的時候一定會回來住。 而且夜景超漂亮，整個就是度假的感覺！真的值得回味！

Beautiful and clean hotel. 15 mins by taxi to Huis Ten Bosch. Be mindful of your time leaving to he train station by taxi if you're going to the Fukuoka Airport. It could be tight. Otherwise, it's pretty inside. The food was pretty good and pretty modern compared to other hotels we've seen closer to the theme park. I'd definitely stay again.

年末年始に、年老いた両親への感謝の気持ちを込めて、長崎旅行を決行しました。 以前、妻と宿泊したことのあるオリーブホテルに、たまたま予約が取れましたので、1部屋に3人で泊まりました。 ホテル側にはとても広い部屋をご用意いただき、ベッドも追加していただいたため、両親は大変満足していました。 宿泊前からお電話で細かく丁寧な説明をいただいており、安心して向かうことができました。 チェックインの際には事前に車椅子をご準備いただき、チェックアウト時の送迎まで、スタッフの皆様がずっと両親に付き添ってくださいました。本当に助かりました。 朝食も素晴らしいおもてなしで、最高の和食をご用意いただきました。 正月早々にもかかわらず、料理長をはじめ多くのスタッフの皆様にお世話になりながら、ゆっくりと大変美味しい料理を堪能させていただきました。 ホテルスタッフの皆様に心より感謝申し上げます。

온천 좋았어요.. 매니저분의 친절 정말 좋았어요. 산위쪽에 있어서 힐링 장소로는 좋습니다. 그러나 밤시티를 걸으며 즐기는 분들에게는 차로 가지 않으면 시내와 멀어서 단점이였으나 밤에 쉬는 분들에게는 온천도 즐기면서 리조트 분위기 좋았습니다. 키작은 매니저 남자분 깔림하시고 친절 1000% 입니다.
