Very good service. Beautiful and clean hotel. The service os good. The pool on the roof is not really a pool, but it's nice to refresh. Very good breakfast.

Fizeram upgrade do quarto (para um com vista barragem do Alqueva, é de cortar a respiração a vista, o amanhecer e pôr-do-sol). Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado, sendo possível pedir outros tipos de ovos e cafés além do exposto. Possibilidade de usufruir da piscina após o checkout.

Très bonne expérience, on recommande ! Personnel serviable et agréable, serviettes à disposition moyennant caution pour la piscine.
L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu (ça vaut pour les chambres comme la piscine!).
Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.
La literie était excellente !!! On avait pas aussi bien dormi depuis longtemps, c’était comme être sur un nuage.
Cet hôtel mérite amplement ces 4 étoiles.

It took us a while to navigate in the town to find the hotel as google map wasnt very accurate. Im so glad for free parking at the hotel's basement garage as the town's parking was mainly for locals. Room was big and comfortable, making me wish that i have a longer stay here. I love the room layout! I am very appreciative of the body gel, shampoo, hand wash and body lotion provided as the scent is amazing. I do wish there is conditioner and toothbrush though.

Amazing old convent turned hotel. Beautiful architecture and interesting decor. Great boutique with handicrafts and porcelain. The hotel accepts pets - still rather unusual in Portugal.
Unfortunately, a bit understaffed which affects level of service. Anyway good option to explore Évora.

polecam hotel. Czysty , duży parking, blisko trasy Lisbona-Madryt ale spokojnie, piękny basen , śniadania obfite i na ciepło jak w Polsce, obsługa zna Angielski i jest przemiła, pokoje duże i czyste . Same plusy !!!

Ótimas instalações e um atendimento muito personalizado. Os quartos muito bonitos e as camas bastante confortáveis. Adorámos o pequeno-almoço e a experiência em geral. Foi pouco tempo mas valeu a pena!

Super comfortable bed and huge, nice bathroom, it is an old old house so you won’t have perfect clima or sound control but it it was very confortable and we enjoyed it a lot.

MMisafir KullanıcıHad a wonderful stay at the Convento de Arraiolos, even if a slightly eventful. Arriving late at night, we found the reception empty and had to wander though the hotel grounds - which are not small - searching for someone to talk to. Eventually we found the restaurant and a member of staff sent word to the receptionist. I couldn't help but wonder if we weren't interrupting the young lady's dinnertime... She was very apologetic for the absence, and even told us to use the internal pool and sauna, even though it was already well beyond operating hours. Both pools are excellent, and the sauna soothing after a very long day. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast quite good - don't miss the local cheeses and bread!
Even though the hotel seemed to be running quite short staffed - which may account for the fact we found uncollected trash in the bathroom bin - the staff were impeccable and highly professional. Moreover, the tennis court is in a state of disarray, the pavement sure looks in need of a makeover.
All in all definitely recommended for a wonderful stay and relaxation, just some management decisions seem baffling, at a place run by a brand of such reputation as the Pestana group.

The hotel is world class in terms of architecture, amenities, service and history. The concierge is very helpful and knowledgeable, they gave me a personalised itinerary suggestions when I checked in, arranged taxis, and even made sure to check on my safety as I am a solo lady travelling in Portugal. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat. It’s a perfect getaway for stressed out business travellers.

FForrestmThe approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

Der Check-In war super freundlich und wir durften unser Zimmer sogar eher beziehen als angegeben.
Das Hotel bietet einen extra Parkplatz, sodass wir auch keine Probleme hatten unser Auto abzustellen.
Wir hatten ein Superior-Room für 2 Personen mit Blick auf den Pool. Das Bad ist wunderschön ausgestattet mit einer Regendusche.
Der Pool ist auch angenehm kühl gewesen, aber nicht zu kalt.
Das Frühstück war ein Traum. Wir konnten uns unsere Eierspeise dazu bestellen ohne Aufpreis, es gab diverse frische Säfte sowie Käse und Wurstaufschnitt, Gepäck etc.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

However we were rather disappointed in the condition of the relaxation whirlpools this time around. The jets were not working in the upper pool and the lower pool had several leaks and the shower head did not work.

Very clean and comfortable.
The pool area is comfortable, grass floor, umbrellas and chairs available.
Breakfast is ok, enough choices. Indoor room, wish it would have seating outside.

O ar condicionado é demasiado ruidoso e o facto do ventilador da casa de banho ser programado pelo hotel e não conseguirmos desligar, faz com que nos horários de funcionamento do mesmo seja desconfortável estar no quarto devido ao ruído.
