Very great location. Staff are very attentive They have welcome drink and curry with rice Please try to put some meat / vegetable if it’s the welcome meal. Understanding it’s free, better not to give guests if it’s just curry SAUCE with rice. It supposes to me a good advantage originally

Otel, Wakayama Kalesi'nin karşısında mükemmel bir konuma sahiptir. Oda penceresinden kale kulesini ve parkı görebilirsiniz! JR Wakoyama İstasyonu'ndan otele otobüsle yalnızca on beş dakika, taksiyle ise yaklaşık yedi ila sekiz dakika sürer. Otelden bir ila iki dakika uzaklıkta bir otobüs durağı bulunmaktadır. Otel, nisan ayında yenilenmiştir. Odalar ve banyolar çok yeni ve temizdir, boyutları büyüktür (Japon otel standartlarına göre), tam donanımlıdır, bol miktarda şarj istasyonu vardır ve daha da şaşırtıcı olan bir masaj koltuğu vardır! Bir günlük gezinin ardından masaj koltuğuna oturup otelde dinlenebilirsiniz, harika! Otelin alt katındaki alışveriş merkezinde kitapçılar ve çeşitli restoranlar var. Japon restoranını denedim. Yemekler lezzetliydi, porsiyonlar yeterliydi ve fiyatlar çok uygundu. Otelde kahvaltı rezervasyonu yapmadım. Alışveriş merkezinin zemin katında lezzetli sandviçler ve diğer atıştırmalıkların bulunduğu bir fırın var. Kahvaltı sorun değil! Otelin ön büro hizmeti çok iyi, birçok personel akıcı bir şekilde İngilizce konuşuyor ve giriş ve çıkış işlemleri çok verimli! Bu harika bir konaklama deneyimiydi ve bir dahaki sefere yine orada kalacağım!

Hotel near JR station. Provides free opsicles, ramen, yogurt drink. We love the free massage chairs and onsen.

Value for money. For the price paid. Can't complain much as got free driving from Kada station to the hotel. Cons is need to get the pic from train station to call as the number on the Google map and the banner can't go through. Recommended to use the hotel transport as walking is too far. Pros everything. There is a laundry coin as well which save our life alot as we travel 3 weeks to Japan. Do note the awajima shrine is just beside this hotel. Must visit and do see the sunset and sunrise. This was second stay this year whilst visiting my son.  Hotel is a short stroll from main railway station & a large department store with food outlets.  Staff at hotel are helpful & polite with a varying grasp of English.  The breakfast is reasonable but with room for improvement.  For European pallets there was no cheese or cold meats, limited bread choice & only undercooked scrambled eggs but this is common throughout Japan.  However, I was disappointed on one aspect.  Had been expecting some fresh oranges - Wakayama grows them - on both my visits none appeared.  Bicycles are also available for hire & we did this free of charge whilst visiting  in April & it was thoroughly enjoyable & a good way to sightsee.  I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic value for what you get. Although you’re room is in a building next to the main hotel you can use all of the facilities which include hot springs, the swimming pool and sauna. It’s also close enough to the beach to walk and there’s a bus stop right outside.

Convenient location, but bit noisy, audible noise from other room , you can hear shower and TV. Breakfast is not that good

Mecure, time to lift your game! It’s summer in Japan and the swimming pool is empty & closed.?? Surrounding landscaped areas not well maintained. Rooms & corridors delight you with a musty aged smell that takes time getting used to. Positives: View of surrounding coastline excellent, sunrise beautiful. Room’s good size. Buffet Breakfast decent with options Afternoon & Evening free snacks & drinks a bonus. Negs: Customer service adequate but can’t say a lot of enthusiasm. Room & corridor’s musty The place needs renovation Need car for access hotel. No pool operating in summer???

Ok value if you need to live near the Nankai Wakayamashi Station (not JR Wakayama Station), or you plan to go to Kata. The room is perfectly fine for one person, the toilet is a bit small but usable. You have all the amentites you need from the amentites bar at the lobby. The only downside is that there are no shops near the hotel, you have to eat or buy near the station.

The amenities are a bit on the retro side, but the overall service and comfort are beyond expectations. Excellent bedding and linen, nice fragrance in public spaces, vending machines with cup ramen and other food and drinks, free toiletries and tea sachets at the lobby. Asked for a room with the castle view and the hotel kindly met my request. Amazing! Location also Ok. Breakfast quite nice, especially the Japanese dishes. Bus stop and convenience store nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
