I reached hotel at 20.30 and they inform me that room was not ready, after 30 minutes I inquired again and they said wait for one hour or one and half hour more for the no smoking room. I was so tired after a frequent travelling that unwillingly I opted for smoking room but one of the receptionist was so kind that he gave me a room for handicap and he saved me from smoking room. Over all hotel was good, breakfast was upto the mark, beds were comfy. Neat and clean. But in future I never opt this hotel again due to first bad impression. First impression is the last impression. When checking time is 16.00pm then there is no excuse that room is not ready till 20.30pm

Everything is fine

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The biggest advantage is the staff at the front desk – they are genuine sweethearts, always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was especially pleased to find a separate, well-equipped fitness room for women – a thoughtful and much-appreciated feature. The breakfast offered a good variety, and while the selection was similar each day, it was more than sufficient to start the morning. The hotel’s location is convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay

Umre'ye kendi başına gelenler için bir diğer otel seçeneği de burası. Otelde mutfak, çamaşır makinesi ve ütü gibi tüm olanaklar mevcut. Tek bir yerde konaklayın ve işiniz bitsin.

酒店是新開的，第一天出去以後再回來進不去房間了，服務人員操作不當沒有給辦理入住。有味道，第二晚換了房好多了，不太明白為什麼一開始要給安排再裝修味道那麼大的房間。周圍還比較便利，停車場在地下，入口太小不太好進。

وقت الدخول في اليوم الاول مادخلوني الا 6:30م تعبت جداً بحجت ان النزيل اللي بالغرفه مايرد عليهم وانهم ينظفون ثانيا : السعر مرتفع جداً بخصوص الخدمه ولايستاهل هالسعر ثالثا:ازعجوني في يوم الخروج من الساعه 10صباحا هيا اخرج الساعه 12 طيب واللي قبلي ليش ماتعملتوا معاه مثلي ، الصراح ماكان فيه اي تقدير لا ليه ولا لبرنامج ترايب.

very nice, love the pillows. but there was spme chinese guests next to my room, which was a bit loud.

The hotel is very good to stay but when I got there I have been told that there is no room available despite the fact that i have booked in the room from the UK, kinda struggle for nearly an hour then i have got the room. I would tell the hotel management please don’t booked in people if you don’t have room available. I was tired and wanted to sleep but I have been surprised with no room available. Overall my stay wasn’t that bad apart from the early surprised.
