The best hotel in this trip. The room is really large in size and tidy with different amenities provided. Got very nice hair dryer from refa. My family enjoyed the stay here. Very nice scenery, right next to the biggest lake in japan. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is wonderful and the food is fantastic. The room is comfortable and feels new. The hotel offer shuttle service to two different train stations. I highly recommend this hotel, I'd love to stay here again.

The American atmosphere spread across the whole hotel with the help of design. It was quite classic. The room setting is a bit too liberal. The bathroom and toilet are in see-through form.The hotel, by the way, is conveniently located by the train station and the discounted parkings are right next to the hotel .

Place was extremely convenient, next to Hikone station and walking distance from almost all of Hikone's attractions (Castle, food street etc.) To enjoy Lake Biwa, you can get a rental cycle for free, you just need to check with the concierge 😄 Other than that, the residents of Hikone were really friendly, even at non-touristy restaurants and izakayas. I had a great stay.

I loved everything about this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding — easily one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff provided great service and were always helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, with good quality and variety. The highlight for me was the hotel view — absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!!!💕💕💕🎀🇯🇵🙌🏽

This was not the best capsule room I booked. But this guesthouse has their own kitchen so you can cook and barbecue and washing machine. Good view from the lake.It also have a hot bath. Mr. H**aru is so approachable. As a solo traveler, I felt I had left a friend there. From my 4-day solo trip I am glad I went there on my last day. I will come back there. 👍

We appreciated that the hotel provides complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to the nearest subway station between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. Breakfast is served in traditional Japanese style, featuring rice, grilled fish, eggs, and some vegetables. Coffee is not included and must be purchased separately from the hotel’s café. Bedroom: The tatami mats felt slightly dusty, possibly because the room had been vacant for a few days after the last cleaning. There was also a strand of hair on one of the pillows when I lifted the duvet 😅. Although the room was ready, the hotel does not allow check-in before 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am, which is earlier compared to many other hotels. We were charged an additional ¥4,000 for a late check-out at 11:00 am (extension of an hour). The in-room onsen was excellent, the water flow was strong and hot enough for cold weather. The bathroom mirror was also spotless. The hotel was quite empty during our stay, so it would be appreciated if management could be more flexible and allow early check-in when rooms are already ready. The check-out time should also be extended to the standard 11:00 am. Not allowing early check-in while also enforcing an early check-out time does not seem very favorable for guests.

Ich habe auf dem Weg meiner Radtour um den Biwasee im Ryonkan übernachtet und das kleine Einzelzimmer gebucht. Wirklich klein, aber völlig in Ordnung für den Preis. Leider konnte ich kein Abendessen mehr dazubuchen und weit und breit war kein Restaurant offen. Das Personal hat mir angeboten mich zum Supermarkt zu fahren, aber ich wollte keine Umstände bereiten. Am Abend haben sie mir dann noch eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen besorgt und aufs Zimmer gebracht - das war wirklich sehr fürsorglich, vielen vielen Dank dafür! Das öffentliche Bad hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See und ich konnte den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen, herrlich! Das kleine Zimmer liegt zur Straßenseite, wo bis spät abends und ab früh am Morgen das Fahren der Autos sehr laut zu hören ist. Für Leichtschläfer mag das ein Problem sein. Ansonsten war alles gut, es gab Yukatas auf dem Zimmer und auch extra hübsche zum Aussuchen auf dem Flur.

長濱是北陸本線唯一一個靠琵琶湖的站點（彥根和米原都不在湖邊），而這個酒店又在長濱港，中間有五分鐘路程，並不遠。酒店客房南北向，這使所有客房都能看到湖景。 酒店七樓有浴場和室內瞭望台（向南），已經是湖邊的制高點了，早晚風景都很好，東南北三面瞭望琵琶湖，向西還有伊吹山。出酒店就是琵琶湖渡輪和去竹生島的遊船。 房間保留了泡沫時代的裝修風格，且非常乾淨。雖然入住率很高，但走廊並不吵。服務沒什麼説的，該給到的都給到了。雖然不是很想説性價比的事情，但和大津以及湖西網上動輒幾千元的湖景房相比，這邊真的做到了花小錢辦大事。 感謝酒店提供一晚令人放空的體驗。因《琵琶湖周航之歌》來到這裏，也真的在酒店看到了歌詞中所言之景。希望這個平價觀景酒店可以一直存在下去。

We stayed two nights in the hotel with breakfast and dinner. The web page of Trip.com showed that there was onsen in the hotel but when we check in, we were told that it was a ”mistake”. There is no onsen and the photo is a public onsen half an hours away. It was very disappoining that the Trip.com include photos irrelevant to the hotel. Dinner was also diffferent from the web photo. We have to pay 2500 yen each to upgrade the dinner to shsbu shabu. Breakfast is Japanese style with limited choice. Other than these, we had lake view room and shopping mall is nearby which are the advantages.
