I stayed four nights in a side sea-view room with a great view of Copacabana Beach and Sugarloaf Mountain. The location was excellent, housekeeping was done daily, and breakfast was satisfying. The downside was the outdated facilities, no refill of Nespresso capsules, noise from the beach, and an old, noisy air conditioner. Still, it was a safe and comfortable stay in Rio de Janeiro.

Em pleno verão com 33° graus na cidade, o ar condicionado não conseguia refrigerar todo o quarto, apenas se ficasse na sua direção. Os outros quartos que foram oferecidos também estavam a mesma coisa, ou seja, o ar estava subdimensionado para o tamanho de quarto. Foi preciso deixar o ar ligado o dia e todo para ”refrescar” o ambiente, foi muito desconfortável. Próxima vez vou procurar outro Hotel.

Odalar ve özellikle banyolar çok güzeldi. Yataklar özellikle güzeldi - harika yatak takımları ve sert yataklar. Çok sessizdi. Copa Cobana Plajı'nın gürültüsünden uzakta bir vaha gibiydi. Odaya lezzetli bir kahvaltı dahildi. Özel yapım omlet sipariş edebiliyordunuz. Şehirde sadece iki günlüğüne olduğumuz için resepsiyon görevlisi bize harika bir günlük tur ayarladı. Fiyatı uygundu ve birçok şey gördük - Kurtarıcı İsa, Sugarloaf Dağı, stadyum, Karnaval'ın başladığı Selaro Merdivenleri ve açık büfe öğle yemeği dahildi. Kesinlikle tekrar kalırım!

It’s a really nice hotel. The breakfast is great. However the location is a little bit awkward. Really far away from the metro and the bus is not reliable. If you are using uber to get around the city. It should be all right. The district of the hotel is okay. Sometimes you feel sketchy when you walk alone, but if you choose the different route with more people. It feels all right.

Overall a nice trip, and a pretty fancy hotel for the price. I would consider it more like a 4**** hotel than a 5 star, personally. highlights: - beautiful lobby and view from our room of the mountains, beach, etc. - kind people at the desk and otherwise. very safe inside even though neighborhood is a bit sketchy at times. - great bed, windows, bathtub, etc.. - affordable as an american for level of service. - spa and rooftop restaurant are amazing. gym is great too! dealbreakers: (may stop me from booking next time) - wifi was basically broken the entire time in our room, and in the hotel at times. less than 10mbits, and no signal in most of our room. front desk said several times they'd fix but I don't think they have the ability to actually fix it. many other people had this issue as well. at a 5* hotel, this should not be happening. major issue, had to do meetings in the lobby to get it to function at all. - breakfast is *good* but definitely caters towards a local brazilian diet (very few options for vegans). as a vegetarian, I'll just say I ate a lot of eggs and cheese. but hey, that's brazil so not digging on the hotel too much on that. - elevator is incredibly busy, and there were times where it literally said ”not available” and we had to wait 5 minutes to actually use it. - there are *TONS* of families with kids in and around the pool when we went. so environment was quite loud and crazy most of the time. they do timeshares so I think mostly big families frequent the hotel. - we booked and paid extra for the *Junior Suite* (with a large living room as well as bath). the front desk gave us the *room with bath* which ended up being nice.. but is half the size, and refused to put us in the junior suite room, even after showing the reservation. this may be a Trip.com issue instead of the hotel.. but they didn't offer any compensation or flexibility for us. trip did refund us the difference in price though. overall, its a great deal for the price, and the architecture is amazing, the room is nice, good water pressure. horrible wifi and very few vegetarian options made it difficult to recommend again, but we liked our stay nonetheless.

Mükemmel konumda ve çok güler yüzlü personele sahip bir otel. Copacabana'nın muhteşem manzarası ve plajdaki hizmet, deneyimi daha da özel kılıyor. Ancak, oda (906) ses yalıtımı açısından hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Alışılmadık yerleşim düzeni nedeniyle, komşularımın konuşmalarını bile çok net duyabiliyordum ve bu da uykumu önemli ölçüde bozdu. Bunu resepsiyona nazikçe belirttim, ancak muhtemelen otelin tamamen dolu olması nedeniyle bir çözüm sunulmadı. Ayrıca odada kahvenin ücretli olması da şaşırtıcıydı. Kendim nadiren kahve içmeme ve özellikle otel odasında hiç içmememe rağmen, bu yine de deneyimi olumsuz etkiledi. Beş yıldızlı bir otelde, özellikle oda fiyatı göz önüne alındığında, bunun standart bir hizmet olmasını beklersiniz. Dolu bir minibar anlaşılabilir, ancak kahve ve çay zaten olması gereken bir şey. Eu e meu Esposo já somos clientes neste hotel em cabo frio, há muitos anos porque sempre éramos bem atendidos. A localização dele é boa , os quartos são muitos bem limpos e cheirosos e o café da manhã também é bem servido no restaurante. Mas desta vez deixou a desejar no atendimento na recepção , fomos muito maltratados o recepcionista muito grosseiro, sei educação para tratar as pessoas que são hóspedes do hotel . Ele ainda falou pra mim e meu Esposo tanto faz vocês cancelar ou não as diárias, como se a gente fosse ninguém me sentir muito mal com essa situação porque fomos pra curtir e não se aborrecer e isso nunca aconteceu comigo. Pedimos pra falar com a gerente Alessandra que nem deu importância a nosso caso e ainda falou que é porque ele o recepcionista é novo . Enfim faltou educação e empatia com o atendimento aos hóspedes desse hotel. Fiquei decepcionada !!!

Nasıl söyleyeyim, fiyat/performans oranı iyi ama Brezilya'daki arkadaşlarım orada yaşadığımı biliyorlar ve hepsi de oradaki mahallenin pek güvenli olmadığını söylüyor, o yüzden tek başınıza dışarı çıkmayın. İlk gece hiç uyuyamadım ve komşunun televizyonu sabah saat 3'e kadar çalıyordu. İletişimin ardından ertesi gün odalarımızı değiştirdik. Otelin kahvaltısı Çinliler için genellikle tuzludur. Minibardaki her şey ücretli sanırım executive oda rezervasyonu yaptım ama bu da dahildi🤣🤣. Özel bir ihtiyaç değil. Resepsiyonda para bozdurmayın. Çok pahalı. Fark sadece 1. Son gün çıkıyorum ve propolis almak için eczaneye gitmem gerekiyor. Değiştirmek için bankaya gidemeyecek kadar tembelim. Bir dahaki sefere gittiğimde Copacapana Plajı yakınında kalmanızı öneririm. Şehirden otoyolu kullanabilirsiniz, orası yaklaşık 15 dakikadır. Orada daha fazla polis devriyesi var ve nispeten güvenli.
