"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the friendly staff. We were even able to check into our room earlier than expected, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great experience!"

"I stayed four nights in a side sea-view room with a great view of Copacabana Beach and Sugarloaf Mountain. The location was excellent, housekeeping was done daily, and breakfast was satisfying. The downside was the outdated facilities, no refill of Nespresso capsules, noise from the beach, and an old, noisy air conditioner. Still, it was a safe and comfortable stay in Rio de Janeiro."

"Overall a nice trip, and a pretty fancy hotel for the price. I would consider it more like a 4**** hotel than a 5 star, personally. highlights: - beautiful lobby and view from our room of the mountains, beach, etc. - kind people at the desk and otherwise. very safe inside even though neighborhood is a bit sketchy at times. - great bed, windows, bathtub, etc.. - affordable as an american for level of service. - spa and rooftop restaurant are amazing. gym is great too! dealbreakers: (may stop me from booking next time) - wifi was basically broken the entire time in our room, and in the hotel at times. less than 10mbits, and no signal in most of our room. front desk said several times they'd fix but I don't think they have the ability to actually fix it. many other people had this issue as well. at a 5* hotel, this should not be happening. major issue, had to do meetings in the lobby to get it to function at all. - breakfast is *good* but definitely caters towards a local brazilian diet (very few options for vegans). as a vegetarian, I'll just say I ate a lot of eggs and cheese. but hey, that's brazil so not digging on the hotel too much on that. - elevator is incredibly busy, and there were times where it literally said ”not available” and we had to wait 5 minutes to actually use it. - there are *TONS* of families with kids in and around the pool when we went. so environment was quite loud and crazy most of the time. they do timeshares so I think mostly big families frequent the hotel. - we booked and paid extra for the *Junior Suite* (with a large living room as well as bath). the front desk gave us the *room with bath* which ended up being nice.. but is half the size, and refused to put us in the junior suite room, even after showing the reservation. this may be a Trip.com issue instead of the hotel.. but they didn't offer any compensation or flexibility for us. trip did refund us the difference in price though. overall, its a great deal for the price, and the architecture is amazing, the room is nice, good water pressure. horrible wifi and very few vegetarian options made it difficult to recommend again, but we liked our stay nonetheless."

"Odalar ve özellikle banyolar çok güzeldi. Yataklar özellikle güzeldi - harika yatak takımları ve sert yataklar. Çok sessizdi. Copa Cobana Plajı'nın gürültüsünden uzakta bir vaha gibiydi. Odaya lezzetli bir kahvaltı dahildi. Özel yapım omlet sipariş edebiliyordunuz. Şehirde sadece iki günlüğüne olduğumuz için resepsiyon görevlisi bize harika bir günlük tur ayarladı. Fiyatı uygundu ve birçok şey gördük - Kurtarıcı İsa, Sugarloaf Dağı, stadyum, Karnaval'ın başladığı Selaro Merdivenleri ve açık büfe öğle yemeği dahildi. Kesinlikle tekrar kalırım!"

"Hotel was nice and clean and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels We had a corner room in tower 2 large room with comfort super king bed on 10th floor Water pressure to shower was poor receptionist did offer a different room and pressure was better but bathroom felt a bit dated Windows we’re not sound proof this was a little in convenient as there was a major construction site opposite and the hotel is on a main road to the beach Breakfast had plenty of choice There was free Wi-Fi in the room this was a major let down very poor signal"

"Não é a primeira vez que fico nesse hotel, dessa vez fiz minha reserva pela trip minha diária estava com a data errada. Por parte do hotel, gerência, recepção, chefe de cozinha… equipe geral. Toda a situação ficou amena e acolhida por eles, mais uma vez me senti perfeitamente acolhida com a hospitalidade deles. Vir em Búzios e não passar pelo Greco não faz muito sentido pra mim! "İyi bir otel ama son iki gün lagün manzarası hayal kırıklığıydı. Lagün manzarası için oda değişikliği istemek zorunda kaldık. Kat görevlisi ikinci gün odayı temizlemedi ve kirli havluları bıraktı. Sadece çöpü boşalttı. Zemin 5 yıldızlı bir otel için temizlenmemişti. Bu otelde konaklamamızı sonlandırmak için geri döndüğüm için hayal kırıklığına uğradım."

"We checked in around 21:00 and need to catch fly at 05:15. Great that the breakfast opens 04:00 so we still had breakfast before the flight. It take us less than 5 mins to be at the boarding gate"

Ortak TV'ler daha küçüktü ve ekran paylaşımına izin vermiyordu (çünkü hiçbirinin kullanabileceği Netflix yoktu örneğin). Üst katlarda internet kesiliyor. Her şey mükemmeldi. Konumu benzersizdir. Plajda havlu ve şezlonglar da bulundurun. Şemsiye ödenir (10 R$). Kahvaltı harika!"
