Literie au top mais ambiance un peu vintage ultra pratique il y a tout pour réchauffer petit frigo assiette ustensiles couvert clim utile l été quand il fait chaud en plein centre de saint Nazaire très commode pour les transports en commun si on veut laisser la voiture au garage

A bit difficult to find but a nice location with all the amenities.
Very quiet area and friendly staff, definitely worth a comeback.
We realised that they also have a pool on the day we left. Would have been nice to use it on these weather.

Excellent service, bien situé avec la plage à portée de balade, bon petit déjeuner, terrasse agréable intégrée à la chambre. Par contre notre chambre donnait directement sur une ligne de train, heureusement pas trop empruntée...

Very good stay. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Het hotel is een doolhof met trappen en trapjes maar leuk en mooi afgewerkt.
Op aanvraag werd er een kamer voorzien die makkelijk toegankelijk was voor mijn moeder, die minder mobiel is.

Excellent week-end avec tous ce qu on a besoin pour se détendre hammam sauna et douche sensorielle avec prise de rendez-vous a l avance sinon piscine on peut rentrer qu on le souhaite avec la carte de la chambre ouvert jusqu'à 22h .
Chambre spacieux salle de bain et wc tres propre . Leurs shampoing sent hyper bon et tres doux au lavage moi que d habitude je n utilise jamais les shampoing des hôtels
Je recommande
Sauf l acceuil a l arrivé les dames étaient adorable et gentille contraire a un Monsieur n avais meme pas sourire et en plus parle méchamment et avec un air de haine pas professionnel du tous par rapport l hotel

First, the castle in itself is just amazing, with its building architecture and its interior design with art collections… gorgeous. Our bedroom was the Île Sacrée Miyajima bleu and gold symphony… with outside balcony and intimate deco… superb…
Second, the service, everyone was perfect, smiling, helpful and courteous. One note: no one proposed to take our suitcases from the car, which I would have expected from a 5 stars hotel…
Third, the cuisine at the restaurant was actually not my favorite cup of tea. But it is obviously a very updated one, and both service and quality of ingredients were great. The breakfast and its buffet was very high quality.
Price wise, obviously not a cheap location, but expected for the 5 stars ranking and the beauty of our stay. After a flight of 13h + a train of 3h , it was a sophisticated and resting break where we will come back.

Hharvey c. sacksWhen I booked I read the complete explanation about the property and I then messaged the property for the answers I still needed. There was no mention at time of booking of a gym, it did say they had a restaurant and a shuttle to the airport. To confirm I messaged the property and they said there was a gym, a restaurant and a shuttle. When we got to the hotel, it was a Saturday and the desk clerk stated there was no gym and the restaurant isn't open on the weekends but we can walk to the closest restaurants which were at the airport and no shuttle during the weekend. End of explanation! I received an email after check in asking if I needed anything to which I replied about these missing features, to which they replied I should have read their website where it supposedly explains more about these 3 items. I surely wouldn't have booked had this information been properly stated on the booking website.

AAnonim KullanıcıI loved this place so much! Though it's literally 100 m from the beach, it's covered by the trees so there's no noise or wind there.
Our room was in the attic. It had a double bed plus a small corner space with an arm chair/ extra bed where I was sitting in the evenings.
Bathroom was clean spacious and modern. You get anything you need.
And the spa area was great. Though the water in the pool was somewhat coold in the morning. A true gem ❤️

AAlexandre L.Beautiful hotel with central location in the city and right on the beach. Most of the staff is young, helpful and very kind. Not sure why the older staff feel colder though. Overall, the experience is very good but we still think the hotel is overrated. Especially regarding the room which is clean, comfortable but very simple. It could be refreshed and the style could be more elaborate to reflect the level and the style of the hotel.

The people that run the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate any request & were very helpful in booking restaurants etc. they have a great Spa, Sauna, an indoor & outdoor pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Montsoreau

Very beautiful castle, both outside and inside. Great host, fantastic breakfast. Fantastic photo opportunities. Definitely would love to return.
