"We were initially given a room without sofa bed, when I read the description I was booking a room with a sofa bed. However the lady in the front- i cannot exactly remember her name but I think it was Tracy, she was very accommodating and moved us to a room with a sofa bed. The sink was blocked and the phone in the room wasn’t working. The whole hotel was dated and needs an upgrade. Breakfast was poor, compared to other holiday inn expresses we have stayed at this one was limited with their items and eggs etc didn’t seem fresh. We were in a small town but even then when you’re staying at a holiday inn you expect certain things to be in order and certain standards unfortunately we felt like this holiday inn wasn’t up to standard."

"Our room was spotless , a comfy bed and a good shower , the pool+ hot room area were really good, but for reference there are 3 (members only) aqua aerobics classes a week which use the whole pool , and whose participants’warm up’ prior to the class -so it’s very busy to the class , there are a great selection of (pre bootable )classes , treatments and a well equipped  gym (all obviously open to  members ) , the meal options are delicious, and the staff are charming"

"This was my first stay here and was satisfied with the whole experience, the rooms are located within a few meters of the main hotel reception. I did like this concept as i didn't need to keep walking through the hotel reception area to come in and out the hotel and the rooms felt more private. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. I would stay there again."

Staying at our Southend-On-Sea hotel, you're super close to Sea Life Adventure, the famous Southend Pier, as well as the attractions and amenities of this bustling, Essex, coastal town centre. Once the day is over, our on-site Brewers Fayre restaurant will be waiting to take your order.
"The hotel was situated to where our friends were, and provided a guest car park that's convenient for reaching out to friends as well as other city amenities, shopping and dinning venues. The room's cleanness was mediocre at best, and cleaning was on a per request basis. Lighting setups could be annoying as the overhead lights above the desk/work bench were tied to the main ones, and they should have been replaced with less heat-emitting LEDs. The bathroom ventilation would need enhancement. While we stayed in a room with car park aspect, the sea view rooms offered much better views as seen from the lobby window overlooking the sea, coming with a 10% surcharge."

"I booked a last minute night away with the children: afternoon tea followed by an overnight. The afternoon tea was delicious and I was really well catered for as a vegan diner. The Grand Hall was a beautiful setting for afternoon tea. The children also loved their food - the sandwiches were much simpler for the children and they got seconds based on how delicious they were. Our room was large and had a sofa bed and a cot bed. We enjoyed playing in the grounds including the play area, outdoor chess, boules, the scavenger hunt and the fitness trail. My son also loved playing football in the garden - he was excited that there were goals set up. We had dinner in The Fox Bar and had drinks and played cards in the Grand Hall afterwards. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We were really excited to find newts in the pond. They would love to stay again. I would love to come for an overnight with my partner to experience it differently without the children."

"The hotel is one year old only. The deco and facilities are new.  The bed comforter may not be comfortable for everyone because some got sacked in the middle like a hole. Up my request, the service was responsive to fix by removing it. Lost one night comfortable sleep and nade up the following day."

Friendly efficient check in. Room was cosy warm and clean. Bathroom toiletries smelt lovely and the shower was powerful and hot. Great service in the bar and at breakfast. Full English breakfast was cooked perfectly too

Good on value for money. peaceful location and environment, comfortable stay, helpful staff. Found a spider and a few insects in the washroom, they can definitely do better with cleanliness. asked housekeeping for a general room clean up while I was out and they emptied the bins and all but beds were not made. I left my Apple Watch accidentally in the room and when I came back it was still there . So good honest staff.

The 4sisters Inn (not advertised as this on arrival) is located offside a road and it is likened to a U.S motel style layout. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown to our room. The room was described as a superior twin with garden view. The room was large and had 2 beds which were bigger than a standard size singles. There is a kettle with cups and drinking glasses, tea & coffee sachets, milk. Flat screen tv on wall. There is a wall fan and a wall heater, also 2 hairdryers. A small closed room with coat hangers in for coats. The so called garden view was just a bit of land with trees overgrown area which was littered with glass bottles & rubbish. There was a wetroom/toilet. The decor had 1 wall with brown/ cream tiles and 3 walls with grey/silver plastic tongue & groove it was odd and was very mismatched. There were no hooks or rail to hang towels/ clothes in the room. The water drainage grate was broken. 2 bath towels and hand towels were provided. We booked this place as it was a convenient location to east 15 drama school, there isn't much around the area. There is a Miller & Carter restaurant 2 mins away and onside a small animal visitor centre and an MMA boxing club. On reflection this place needs a complete decor renovation and a deep clean but it was comfortable and was OK for the price.

Stayed overnight for a wedding in the area. Convenient online check-in & check out. Had to pay £20 for early check in. Parking was an extra £12 overnight. Great facilities including pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Plenty of choice at breakfast including dairy free milk. Friendly staff.

Bu harika bir havaalanı oteli. Ödemeniz gereken bir otel servis otobüsü almanız gerekmektedir. Oda yeni, ferah ve temizdi. Kahvaltı hem kontinental hem de tam İngiliz seçenekleriyle açık büfe tarzındaydı. Oda sıcaklığı tam otomatik ve ayarlanabilirdi. Spor salonu var ama ben oradayken bakımdaydı. Duş, sağlanan temiz havlular, duş yıkama ve vücut losyonları ile yeterince güçlüydü. Ayrıca odayı çok sessiz ve iyi yalıtılmış buldum. Genel olarak kısa süreli konaklamalar için iyi bir otel.

The hotel staff were very nice and kind. Upon arrival we had a lot of bags and the staff made sure we got a room on ground floor and there was a trolley to move our items at once. We were indoors all the time so cleaning staff left our room to give us privacy. Next morning we requested to have our room cleaned and in 5 mins there was someone there to clean. So efficient!!
