The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt polished and luxurious. The staff were also beautiful in every way. Kind, professional, well presented, and genuinely attentive. The housekeeping ladies were a true highlight. Always sweet, always smiling, and clearly proud of their work. They made a lasting impression. The rooftop is stunning with breathtaking views and a sleek infinity pool. However, the space is compact and gets crowded quickly. There are only a few sun loungers, with some extra deck chairs added, but it still feels quite limited. The lifts can be frustrating. There are only two serving all the guests going up to the rooftop on the thirteenth floor, so the wait times can be long at busy times. Overall, the hotel gives luxury. Lisbon as a city is definitely expensive, but the level of service and quality at this hotel makes the cost feel more justified. I would definitely return.

Slightly rustic by North American standards, but clean and comfortable. Elevators were very small and very slow based on the capacity of the hotel. A bit isolated from shopping and other amenities. You definitely need a car or arrange your transportation if staying there. Nice beach nearby within walking distance. Good breakfast and facilities like pool, spa and massage. Staff were polite, but when we complained about a noisy heater fan in our room, their solution was to simply turn if off instead of fixing it. Not a bad experience overall. It is a very quiet and relaxing area.

Spa'sı nedeniyle bu oteli tercih ettim ama giriş yaparken bunun ayrı olarak ödenmesi gerektiğini söylediler. :( Hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Ayrıca 4 katlı bir otel AMA kıyafetlerim için ütü sağlamıyorlar, iş seyahatindeyim ve bu gerçekten kötü bir haberdi. Kahvaltıyı ve konumu beğendim. Bu bina metro istasyonunun hemen önünde.

Nice hotel with friendly staff particularly the young lady at the spa reception. Nice sauna, jacuzzi and gym for use. Quiet area close enough to the heart of lisbon. Totally recommending this place.

Très bel hôtel, il y a rien à dire. L’emplacement est vraiment le plus gros point fort . Le restaurant est très bon, le staff est très gentil . Le seul bémol que j’ai pu rencontrer est que : les rideaux automatiques ne fonctionnaient pas correctement et nos tuez pas donc la lumière pendant la nuit . La porte de la salle de bain n’était pas paramédic et donc l’eau se retrouver parterre assez facilement.

Everything's is good, but hotel eletricity Brocken during evening. The wifi not work anymore. It is my second time to stay this hotel, Last time was perfect, but this time is disappointed.

Excellent new hotel and amazing staff. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great too.

Balkon güzeldi ve bölgenin hoş bir manzarası vardı. Havuz alanı bakımlıydı, bar ve atıştırmalıklar vardı. Spor salonunu, kapalı saunayı ve kapalı havuzu kullandık, onlar da çok iyiydi. Great city views from the rooms. Bedroom light switch was broken therefore had to sleep with lights on. However problem resolved quickly once communicated to staff.
