It's pretty good for a hotel. The room was booked as a family room. It's big and has all the basic facilities. However, the toilet is leaking and there's a strange smell in the room that needs attention.

It was a great and warm experience in the Centre of HongKong! Despite the fact that the room is really small it was clean and pleasant to stay. The owner is such a helper , enormously friendly stuff . I’m so satisfied with my experience there . Highly recommend

It’s on the great location, easy to access to most attractions . 10 mins walk to west Kowloon (Austin station), right next to temple street. Lots local food restaurants downstairs. And very reasonable price, we booked 4 beds room, the boss kindly upgrade to 5 bedrooms. Very helpful and friendly staff..would definitely booked again in future if we visit hongkong ❤️thank you for the host .

The place is a bit hard to find, ask someone when you're near the building. They gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment. They asked us to wait inside the apartment while they were still cleaning which was a bit uncomfortable. Also, we could see how they were cleaning cigarettes from the floor. The apartment smells a bit like cigarettes. Comfy bed, very spacious. However, don't expect to be able to use the kitchen.

The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of Renkang Building, No. 45-47 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, just near Sneaker Street, and the location is very convenient. The reception is on the second floor, which is no different from the general clock hotel. I booked a double bed room online, but it turned out that I had to go to another unit on the 6th floor. They didn't use the key card but directly used the key, and they also charged a deposit of 200 , although it is refunded when checking out, but this kind of hotel is a bit superfluous! The room is not as big as the introduction. There is only one ordinary double bed when you enter the room. Other basic equipment includes electric kettle, water cup, toothbrush set, wall-mounted TV, air conditioner, etc., but there are no coffee and tea bags, no mini electric cabinet and safe, no wardrobe, etc. . The bedside table has a light switch, an electric switch, and a USB charging plug. This aspect is to be praised. The environment is considered quiet. If you don't need to stay overnight, the price is relatively cheap!

I'm a solo traveller, reached early around 1 plus hopping for early checkin. But room wasn't ready which I understand and will come back by 3pm, the staff urge me to come much later at 4pm instead. Managed to check-in at 4pm, was asked to scan some qr to upload your booking details and shoved with a towel and toothbrush kit box and assigned to lvl 4 which will have to take the life to ground level, change to another lift to level 4 and walk some distance to the room. So from that point onwards, was the last interection you will have with the staff which covered the service part. Room was ok for the size in hongkong, private bathroom and bed was there. Tv not working, bed side light not working. But the important point is on the bed, I always find little flies and once even a baby spider. Luckily I'm not afraid of it so I didn't bother to complain, as I also don't want expect any good recover service from a budget stay but good to let the others who would be bothered be aware of. Lastly I wonder is it because I'm solo and insignificant, the level 4 do not have it's own water dispenser. Whenever I need to top up water, I will have to take life to ground level and switch to another lift to level 13 and take water. Such inconvenience.

Hong Kong has a lot of money, so the room is a bit small, but it's still very clean, and the landlady does the cleaning herself. The transportation is very convenient. About 20 meters to the right of the Huayuan Building entrance is the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit C2. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Victoria Harbour, the Avenue of Stars is just a few minutes walk away, it’s really great!

The only thing that bothers me is that the check-out time must be before 10 a.m. I think it's too soon. I have stayed at many hotels and have never encountered such an early check-out time as this. You should reconsider the check-out time. At least 11 a.m. It's not as ugly as 10 o'clock. When I wanted to negotiate to continue my vacation and extend the check-out time before noon. They refused. I tried to negotiate 2 times. The reason he said the room was fully booked.. Is this not a reasonable reason? I asked why the check-out time must be before 10 am. I don't want to stay longer. My check-in time here is 2 or 3 p.m. You guys have more than 4-5 hours to clean your room. For what? ..Finally when I got rejected 2 times. I have decided in my heart that I will not come back here and will look for another suitable place. Another thing that is a rather boring problem is Building elevator.. Each building has 2 elevators. Divide even-odd numbers in alternating layers. 3 days of accommodation at the hotel in this building is Standing in a long queue to get into the elevator. It is necessary to allow time for waiting in line for the elevator. It's a boring time that needs to be fixed urgently. I'm fascinated by only these 2 stories. Everything is good. But the cleaning staff should also check the dust that clings to the cable TV box and wall fan because the dust stains are very thick. Saw it and was horrified!

住宿評價，整體評價:中評。1.床單被罩均有污漬殘留，老闆娘説是之前客人吃方便麪把湯料撒在床上了，無法清洗乾淨。（為何不選擇換新？如此節約成本？不考慮客人感受和要求？）2.沒窗户，衹能開空調來換氣通風 。3.飲用水、吹風機等設施，均在公共走廊裏擺放，公用物資，還是可以接受的。4.地處旺角，走一分鐘左右可看到地鐵站入口，交通比較方便。 5.沒有隔音這個説法，真正的民宿，就跟自己家裡一樣，外面説話裏面聽的一清二楚。 6.床很短，估計就是一米八的長度，我老公1.7的身高，腿伸長就挨着床尾板了。
