I love the location within Ximending! Take the subway and stop at Ximen station (blue line). Take Exit 6 and just walk straight. The Wow Hostel is located just across the Mobile Police Station. There's a fruit stand before the space leading to the elevator. The hostel is on the 8th floor. I stayed in a female dormitory. Wide space. There is a locker that can also be opened using your room key. I find the toilet and bath clean. I didn't see any molds or dirty toilet. You can rent a towel for NTD 50, just leave it on your bed upon check our. The location is close to the craziness of Ximending with food and shopping options - and cafes and restaurants. The only downside for me is the receptionist. He appeared unfriendly. Every time I approached the desk, he seemed to be always irritated as he is doing something with the computer. I could be wrong but here's me wishing he'd be lighter especially that he works in a place where customer service is paramount. I would stay here again though if I come back to Taipei. I can ignore the receptionist. ;)

Good location. 5 mins walk to the main bus and train stations, but a little far from the central area on foot, about 15-20 mins walk. Close to quite a lot of restaurants and cafés. The room was okay, quite clean overall, but my room was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator, so I had to take the stairs every day. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The wifi could be improved.

The location is very convenience and very easy to find … I’m surprised that they have free breakfast with 3 meals option… the room is clean and big space just I’ve stayed at the upper bunk and it’s very tall which is hard to go up and down .. but I really enjoy the stay .. met few friendly and helpful ********* who stay at the same room as mine .. definitely go back again

The location is very convenient to MRT and a few Places of Interest in Taipei. If you can walk aprox 4-5km you can reach places like Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall, National Palace Museum, Lunghsan Temple and many more. In actual fact i walk all the way to Taipei 101.  The hostel provide adequate facilities and privacy. At the end of the day it's very much depending on your expectation.  It's my first visit to hostel, I think what you really need is just a pair of ear plug to sleep at night. And since we are sharing room with a few people, if smell is a concern you can always place air freshener near your bed.  If you intend to check in between 8pm to 10am, pls make sure you know how to enter the hotel, as there aren't any hotel staff there. You need to now how to press the number to come in. Or wait for other Guest to pass by before opening door for you. 

The hostel was right next to Ita Thao shopping district and less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, which was very convenient. Capsule room was clean and spacious, well worth the price. Staff were friendly and check in/out procedure was smooth. Complimentary tea and coffee at the ground floor pantry. The rooftop has a good view of the shopping district and abit of the lake, and was nice place to chill in the evening. If one wants they can also use the hot spring facility at the Wyndham next door, although it is quite pricey. Overall a very cozy hostel at a very convenient location, at a very good price.

Management tries hard to traveler's needs, free breakfast, water, tea printed maps etc ... Ms Yang is overworked but continues to try. Location is top notch, right outside the train station, *IN a grocery store.Herr are some pics of the spots I visited from this spot

Highlight is definitely the common room, very comfy and set up in a way which is ideal for playing games together and getting to know new people. Beds are comfy with curtains and showers and bathrooms are clean. Bicycles are also available, really convenient way to grab a quick snack, since the hostel is admittedly not in super short walking distance to many things. Great place to stay in Yilan.

Very friendly hostel owner. He is a superhero! I lost my wallet in the bus and he got it back for me! The communal space really feels like a living room. The atmosphere with everyone is very good.

以青旅來說絕對是最佳的選擇 1. 距離嘉義火車站走路五分鐘 2. 附近都有商店餐廳早餐店 3. 床是不會搖的上下舖，幾本上感受不到其他人在行走或是爬樓梯 4. 個人空間算大床頭有插座點燈跟窗簾 5. 廁所浴室假日時段可能需要等候，其他沒有話說 6. 備有鞋櫃跟拖鞋，青旅非常乾淨！！ 有機會絕對會再回訪

Best hostel I’ve stayed in in Taiwan! I loved the selection of skincare products and the dorms were really nice! Good common areas and great bathrooms. Very stylish. Only downside is the location. It is in the suburbs, but if you are just passing through it is a good place.
