This was our second time staying here, and we chose the ground-floor room with a private hot spring bath tub, which was super attractive and truly enjoyable. The room is well-organized and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The only downside was the air conditioner, which wasn’t quite strong enough during our stay. Overall, it’s a relaxing spot perfect for unwinding, and we’d definitely come back again! 🌿

2023年5月平日！入住700元一樓的雙人房， （樓上還有還有房間，沒有電梯） 還有附麥味登早餐非常便宜， 當初看google評論還不錯所以選擇此間， 果然老闆親切、環境整潔👍 三樓還是四樓可以免費使用洗衣機 也有免費的洗衣粉，也有曬衣區， 去墾丁大部分都會玩水， 所以可以洗衣跟曬衣很方便 地理位子比較沒有優勢 地點在小巷子裡面 但巷子出來有寶雅全家711 到南灣開車要十分鐘 離墾丁大街也較遠 （開車還要15分鐘） 但離鹿境梅花鹿生態園區非常近 （走路！五分鐘） 鹿ㄦ島也很近，可以去看水豚君 （走路十分鐘）

早餐豐盛！大廳有咖啡和餅乾可以享用 還可以泡湯。有盪鞦韆。 和椅子可以曬太陽。 還可以釣魚！已多次入住！尤其孫子最開心！地方很大，可以讓他們盡情地放風！

Location was 8min drive from station. It was the newest and most modern hotel in zhiben I feel. It could be 5star standards. The hotel comes with the hot spring which was a really good highlight of trip. I try hot spring in zhiben out in town and it wasn’t better than the hotel’s. That’s how nice it was. Breakfast was repetitive. Can be improved with more varieties for consecutive days. Room was perfect. Clean, big and comfortable bed. This is my first and only choice to stay in zhiben.

停車有地下室幾個位置，碰運氣找到就有，不然就停路邊白線，大廳旁邊有小餅乾和爆米花不過爆米花就是稀疏一點點，20：00有提供愛玉和小米粥可吃。 房間在三樓不錯因為飲水機製冰機在三樓，房間乾淨四人房算寬敞，浴室乾濕分離，開始要熱水要放很久才有，睡得舒服棉被枕頭好睡，房間裡的水餅乾飲料都是免費，退房還送啤酒很不錯。 一樓的泡湯就是兩個水池，卻沒有沖澡的地方有點可惜，濕濕的只想沖澡只好包毛巾走回房間。 早餐普通，缺點就是蒼蠅太多衛生堪慮，很多東西沒有蓋，桌上的食物也會有蒼蠅飛上來有點討厭。

The room is just ok not really big we stayed 2 nights and spent lot time on the pool It was great and we love it But the food is not so good, no worth to spend money with it especially dinner set is not good at all

The location and the quality of hot spring are very good but the room was not very clean, especially toilet. I requested front desk to clean it again and they did it soon after and gave me a voucher of Touhwa shop for apologies; however, after all the toilet was still not very clean and stinky a bit. BF was also quite local and changed every other day it was not a proper hotel BF but cooked by local people authentically. I liked it, but again, the hygiene in the canting was poor. No one wiped the tables after the first guest left, and next people seated. consequently, the pros crushed cons so it became even to say good or bad to stay.

LOCATION: This resort is located near shuishe pier (like a 5-7 min walk) which is convenient for you to get around the lake but not free though. Personally think will prefer to stay around the ITA Shao area, more food and activities like the kiddy boat paddling, canoeing, aqua biking and stand-up paddling. However, there's this particular restaurant ”SUN MOON Restaurant ” is a MUST VISIT! Its just opposite the resort and their food is so so so good with very unique plating like 5* standard but they closed at 8pm, so be there early to avoid disappointment. Overall, location is ok only. CLEANLINESS Acceptable but the interior is a bit old and there's a good thick layer of dust on one of the ceiling plank (cos my kids were throwing their toys around and it hit that plank which saw a smoke of dust flying) but not crucial as that area is not a high touch area. SERVICE Good.... but a bit delayed.... it was raining when we arrived and we had a difficult time trying to offload the luggages with 2 kids. The staff came up to us only after we had pulled down our luggages and waiting in the shelter for my husband to park the car. Nonetheless, its still helpful.... throughout the stay, service was ok.... Breakfast so so... FACILITIES Good... they have a recreational area with kids play area, pool table, table tennis, handplay arcade football and comuputer games like Nintendo and PS5 all for free....they also have KTV and mahjong rooms but these come at a cost. There's also a multi-purpose area whereby they have microwave, coffee machine and ample seating area for those who prefer to eat in or have some late night snacks. In Summary, we did enjoyed our stay but of course, nothing is perfect... ”when you are in Rome, follow what the Romans do”....

Meh hotel in the middle of nowhere. Everything is worn down, so it won't be as good as on the pictures. If you need a place in that area it's fine, but don't go there on purpose (I've booked this because it was close to the start of a trail in the mountains).

Everything was good during my stay in this hotel. The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.
