ラグーナのナイトプールの後、宿泊させて頂きました。 有料道路が20時で閉鎖される為、それまでにチェックインしないといけないなど、宿泊前はハラハラしましたが、電話で細かく説明して頂いたり、チェックイン後は、親切丁寧な接客や、遅くに到着したのに翌朝の朝食の確認などきめ細かいご対応で凄く好印象で良かったです。 今年から、リニューアルで頑張って見えるとお聞きして納得しました。 また、梨🍐のサービスや、水回りは改装され綺麗で、価格が安く大満足です。 今回は大変お世話になり有難う御座いました。 コスパが良く大変おすすめです。 また、次回の時は宜しくお願いします。

It was a short and easy ride on train from airport. Only about 10 min. The price was reasonable. The service was alright. Brealfast was alright. They have an onsen but we didn't use it. Our neighbors were loud in the morning and the walls were thin. Bed was smal but room was spacious. It was clean and convenient and that was most important.

Everything good as advertise. I choose to repurchase again if I come back.

Because it is a hot spring hotel, the location is a bit remote, which is more suitable for self-driving tourists. The environment is comfortable and clean. In addition to the spa, sauna, relaxing room, massage room and children's playroom, even if you bring children, you don't have to worry about having no place for them to play. It is also worth experiencing for self-driving travelers.

古い宿でしたが、部屋はとても広く清潔感がありました。 ラグーナまで、無料送迎してくれます。 行きはトゥクトゥクで送っていただき楽しかったです。

We stayed a night and enjoyed this hotel. The bed was a bit small but the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel includes as part of the reservation soba noodles, ice-cream, coffee/tea, yogurt drinks, and a comic book room and onsen (which we did not use). Parking was a bit expensive at 1800yen but was effortless as it had its own car park elevator so we did not need to find a space. The only complaint is that the heater did not work.

This hotel's location is truly one of its strongest points. It's perfectly situated in a convenient area, and I was particularly thrilled to find a Don Quijote store just around the corner - perfect for picking up any forgotten essentials or late-night snacks. While the building itself shows its age and could use some updates, the hotel makes up for it with some outstanding features. The highlight has to be the spacious public bath area. If you're a fan of Japanese baths, you'll feel right at home here. The bathing facilities are surprisingly large, offering a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was the unexpected star of my stay. It's an impressive spread featuring various Nagoya specialties - from miso katsu to hitsumabushi. It's like taking a culinary tour of Nagoya without leaving the hotel! For anyone wanting to sample the city's famous dishes all at once, this breakfast alone is worth booking a stay.

駐車場のあるホテルを探しており、宿泊したところ、Trip.comには有料の記載がなく、駐車場無料だと思ったら、1200円の駐車場代がかかったため、情報を更新しておいてほしいです。ロケーションは駅近く飲食店も観光地も多い場所ですし、朝食と天然温泉が良かったので、また行きたいです。

超級飯店服務好。 提供保養品有很多種，其中選五樣可以免費 房間的用品在1樓 集中領用 放在櫃檯的前方 如此可以避免浪費 有軟硬適中、各種型態種類的枕頭可免費領用 另有睡衣免費領用 洗衣烘衣仍投幣式 有洗衣精可免費使用 有飲料販賣機 早餐的料理棒 有機沙拉很好吃 吃的出料理人員的用心 讓人心情平靜的料理 我配的是日式洋蔥醬 在晚上11點以前 都有熱水跟咖啡供應 有很多時段的男女分開的泡湯時間 早上的清潔徹底 會在門上貼清潔的狀況  響起的火車經過的聲音不是很大聲！ 他們親切的服務，讓我有一次愉快的入住經驗！

相比國內當然還是緊湊的房間，但很乾凈，馬桶和淋浴也做了分離，還是比較舒適的 早飯品種也算夠，吃早飯的時候外面飄起了雪，非常開心😊 因為帶了小朋友，問前台拿了被子枕頭之類的，非常快速，英語溝通也比較順暢 大堂每天送飲料/啤酒，一樓還有超多漫畫書沒來得及體驗 綜合來講是功能齊全滿足出行需求友好的酒店了 對了，有温泉泡，泡不泡温泉税都要交 另外交通離高鐵汽車站步行比較適宜
