Great location near Fushimi Station, easy for sightseeing. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good Wi-Fi. The public bath is a nice bonus after a long day. Breakfast has both　Japanese and Western options, simple but good. Staff are polite and helpful. Overall, a convenient and good-value stay in Nagoya.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a soft bed, clean bathroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The location was also perfect – close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient to explore the area. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

蒲郡の平野屋さん、ほんとに良かったです！お部屋は子供がいるということで、グレードアップして下さいました！朝夕はビュッフェ式！夕食は前日に追加したのでビュッフェじゃないのを想像してました笑 ちゃんと何のメニューか聞けばよかった笑 お風呂も気持ちよくて、子連れでもゆっくりできました。 洞窟風呂オススメです(^^) まだ言葉のアトリエにある「時手紙」は、未来の自分に手紙を送る体験！なかなかない体験で、忘れた頃に、未来の自分ひ届くのは楽しみです！！ またスタッフさんも親切で、また行きたいって思えるお宿でした♪ありがとうございました！

Our family of 5 booked the room with an open air bath this January 2025. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The bath was warm and nice despite the windy and cold weather. The room/s were beautiful, the view of Ise Bay (especially at sunset) was spectacular, and the food was great, especially the dinner. The staff were really accommodating and nice, they even helped us book a taxi to the airport after we checked out. For those traveling to Shuku Kaifuu by public transportation, I recommend giving them a call before checking in so they could arrange a pick up service from Utsumi (train) station.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

wonder there are only 2 elevators for a 13-floor hotel, it’s a long waiting at anytime and it stops almost every floor which makes a in/out about 3-4 mins. The room air conditioner control is only japanese language, not a user friendly one. A 10/F window room but completely no view due blocked by an external cover, really didn’t expect it’s like a window room was nothing to see.

We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view. The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths! Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

立地も温泉や設備の環境もとても良かったです。 駐車場を利用予定だったのですが、1日目は満車で近隣のパーキングを利用しなければならなかったことや、2日目はホテル駐車場が空いたので利用しましたがそもそも駐車料金がかかるということを知らなかったので、あらかじめ駐車場利用に関する情報の案内がしっかりなかったことが残念でした。

相比國內當然還是緊湊的房間，但很乾凈，馬桶和淋浴也做了分離，還是比較舒適的 早飯品種也算夠，吃早飯的時候外面飄起了雪，非常開心😊 因為帶了小朋友，問前台拿了被子枕頭之類的，非常快速，英語溝通也比較順暢 大堂每天送飲料/啤酒，一樓還有超多漫畫書沒來得及體驗 綜合來講是功能齊全滿足出行需求友好的酒店了 對了，有温泉泡，泡不泡温泉税都要交 另外交通離高鐵汽車站步行比較適宜
