Kumamoto ili, Japonya İçindeki Kaplıcalı Otelleri

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located on the upper floors of AMU Plaza, right next to Kumamoto Station, with a dedicated elevator on the ground floor that takes you directly to the lobby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are consistently friendly and polite. The only minor downside is that the breakfast selection is a little limited. That said, the hotel’s excellent location more than makes up for it, as there are plenty of cafés and restaurants just steps away in and around AMU Plaza.

Aso Base is more than the usual backpackers hostel. I think it's like a boutique guesthouse. We spent an enjoyable 4 nights there. The owners are friendly and helpful. The facilities are spotless. The communal area downstairs has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable area for meals, reading etc. On the cold days we were there a log fire was made to warm us up! The bedrooms are comfortable and the communal showers/toilets are kept very clean. Adequate so never any waiting for a place. We also appreciated the discount tickets to the nearby Onsen. This is a great place at good value to stay in Aso.

위치 자체는 차가 아니면 사실상 가기 어려움. 주차는 숙소 전용으로 있어서 편함. 숙소 주변 분위기 매우 흡족. 다만, 료칸에서 수건부터 유카타까지 모두 대여 필요. 조식은 조촐함. 근처에 무료로 유황지옥찜 이용할 수 있는 곳 있어서, 숙소에서 계란만 구매해서 해먹을 수 있음! (계란 50엔) 다른 유황작물도 만들고 싶으면 가능! 탕은 1개밖에 안된다고 해서 아쉬웠고, 물도 특별한 느낌은 없었음. 총평..돈 더내고 더 좋은 곳 가시길..

욕실,객실이 다 청결했고 새로 오픈한곳이라 그런지 전반적으로 청결했습니다. 부모님과의 여행이라 대욕장 노천탕 유무가 중요했는데 노천탕도 좋고 대욕장도 좋았습니다. 특히 아이스크림과 요구르트 서비스는 좋았습니다. 다만 3일내내 조식을 먹었는데 메뉴 변화가 없어 조금은 아쉬웠습니다. 음식은 맛있었습니다. 온야도노노를 처음 알았는데 다른 지역에 머물때 고려해야할 숙소로 생각할 정도로 직원분들의 친절도나 숙소의 청결함이 기억에 남는 숙소였습니다. 건의사항이 있다면 객실마다 일명 찍찍이라는 먼지털이가 있으면 편할꺼 같고 조식메뉴의 변화가 있으면 합니다.

I had an enchanting two-night stay at this hotel, where the picturesque view of the river from my room added a serene touch to the experience. We were very satisfied with this hotel. We stayed in a ground-floor room with a garden, and it was especially relaxing to fall asleep each night to the sound of rain. The hotel staff were very polite and offered services in Japanese, English, and Chinese, making communication very convenient. We also booked the hotel’s kaiseki dinner, which cost 7,000 yen per person. It’s recommended for adults, but not for children, as they may not enjoy this type of cuisine. The hotel’s hot spring facilities were excellent, offering private family baths, women-only baths, and mixed baths—providing a variety of options. On the day of check-out, the hotel even arranged a vehicle to take us to the bus station, which was very thoughtful. The only minor drawback was that we could hear footsteps from the room above. Occasionally, when someone walked upstairs, the sliding doors in our room would rattle slightly. That said, overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The staff is friendly and provide good service. The bath house is normal, but can tell its age. I feel the room is very dusty, it’s making my hand itchy and nose sneezy all the time. The bathroom is also old with water marks and mould. I am a fan of Dormy Inn and have stayed in Dormy Inn branches at Aomori, Hachinohe, Tokyo, and Osaka before, but this Kumamoto branch has the most room for improvement. The hotel is in walkable distance to the castle, so it is great.

酒店員工服務超級好，很有禮貌，笑容都很燦爛（是眼晴也在微笑那種）。前台員工還在我們退房時，特意主動出來迎送，還主動提出要幫忙拍攝留念照，並且在馬路上幫忙提揮我們的車，當車離開時也有再次迎新，真的感受到員工的熱情。 房間也很大（純和室來說是超級大，粗略數了數主空間不止25帖），而且景觀也很好，望下去就一條河流，而且還能聽到流水聲（當然是要開窗的，隔音幾不錯的）。 溫泉也是酒店一大特色，我們是坐酒店免費接駁巴士，在酒店門口就能坐，班次大約20-30分鐘一班，會接到酒店的露天溫泉，有5款溫泉，而且全都很讚，不過很少人去😂😂😂 朋友們也說是很值得再住的一次體驗

Our stay at the ryokan was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a beautiful blend of traditional charm and modern comforts. The tatami rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with a calming ambiance that made it easy to unwind. We also loved the small touches, like the yukata robes provided for guests and the attentive staff who made sure we were comfortable at all times. The whole experience felt like a perfect balance of tradition and luxury.

What a perfect service with nice and kind owners. The owner can pick you up at the bus stop for free if you want. The price of stay was cheap and reasonable and they provide you with Japanese traditional style meal with reasonable prices as well. I would recommend this Ryokan. I wish I could visit this again.
