Although we arrived late at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the onset is open 24 hours, offering clear and warm hot baths. The relaxing atmosphere, with massage chairs to help ease the stress from a long flight, made us feel comforted. Its convenient location within walking distance is a great plus; I highly recommend it.

We’ve had the best stay at Ryokan Hirashin! The room was very clean, the size amazingly big, futons very comfortable, there was a big pot that always holds hot temperature. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Onsen was amazing, too. The location is just perfect! It’s 2 stops from Kyoto station and so close to Nishiki market and then also Gion district, plus very convenient if you’re a nighttime lover cuz you can just walk back home. It takes kinda same time to go to other further places like Fushimi Inari or Arashiyama, as it’s located kinda in the middle of them all. I’d say the pictures don’t really give you the vibe, it feels much better when you’re in there. To sum up, it’s a traditional looking ryokan room but in the hotel building, which in convenient cuz you don’t need to be too quiet as in more traditional ones. I highly highly highly recommend this place, we’ve really had the best time here!

I had a wonderful stay at this ryokan in Kyoto! The location is very convenient, right next to the subway station, which made getting around the city super easy. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoyed the whole experience—from the warm hospitality to the little thoughtful touches throughout the stay. The free ramen in the evening was a highlight—it was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto and would definitely stay here again.

Kyoto istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde ve yakınında birçok aile marketi/7 Eleven var. Otel personeli de çok nazik ve ilgiliydi. Tuvaletler biraz küçüktü ama bunun dışında çok güzel bir konaklamaydı! Yakınlarda birçok otobüs durağı da var. 9 ve 28 numaralı otobüsler otelin hemen yanında duruyor.

Hotel was very pleasant to stay at nice staff and onsen is included. However tattoos are not allowed so make sure you hide them with bandages (cultural reasons).

The hotel stay was a wonderful experience. For the accommodation, the room size and the ambience was fair great. For the hot spring, it was very surprised by the environment. The place was large enough and you would feel no worry about the crowded people. Besides, the breakfast was also very nice f and recommend you should come to stay and give out a try!

Tek kişilik iki kişilik oda tuttum. Geniş ve konforlu. Pencereden tapınağın güzel bir manzarası var. Nazik ve güler yüzlü personel, yorucu bir günün ardından rahatlamak için iyi bir kaplıca. Temizlik ve düzen. Kyoto'nun her yerini gezmek isteyenler için elverişli bir konum. Yani tabiri caizse ”altın ortalama”. Ulaşımın başlıca aracı otobüstü. Merkezi Kyoto istasyonu da yakındadır. Eksileri: Yakınlarda yemek yenecek yerin az olması. Otelde yemeklerin en az bir gün önceden belirli bir saate rezerve edilmesi gerekmektedir.

One of the best (for the price) hotels in you can find in Kyoto. Excellent location. Excellent service. The highlight is the Onsen Spa! 100% recommended. The only downside is the hotel is abit old, so its a little dusty (very little). Overall it's a fantastic stay!
