Ayrıca otelin deniz merkezinde şnorkelli yüzme ve muz botuna katıldık. En az 3 gün kalmanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederim, aksi takdirde otelin tüm olanaklarını kullanmak için yeterli zamanınız olmaz.

We could watch the aeroplanes and jet fighters taking off from our balcony. The kids loved it and enjoyed the tatami experience. The room is comfortable for a family of 4-5 pax. Toiletries and pyjamas are provided in the room. We didnt request for any additional housekeeping services as the room was well equipped. Hotel is very windy in November. If you are looking for late night supper, there is no food options nearby, standby cup noodles if you tend to get hungry.

Eminim otellerde de böyle olur, ama... buzdolabında sakladığım içecekler donmuştu, ama sıcak bir mevsim olduğu için onu soğuk paket olarak kullandım, bu da beni gerçekten kurtardı hahaha. Yemeksiz kalmama rağmen kaldığım gün kahvaltı alabildim, hem lezzetliydi, hem de çeşit çoktu. Kaplıcalarda bulunan mayo kurutucusu çok kullanışlıdır. Denize girdikten sonra yıkanıp susuz kalabildim ve ardından havuza girebildim, bu da bana çok yardımcı oldu. Eve ıslak getirmek zorunda kalmamam iyi oldu. Bu sefer ikinci kattaki havuza gitmedim o yüzden bir dahaki sefere seninle kaldığımda havuzu kullanmak isterim. Havaalanı ile otel arasında ulaşımı sağlayabiliyoruz ama saatte sadece 2 otobüs var ve maksimum 8 kişi yolculuk yapabiliyor, bu yüzden aceleniz varsa taksiye binmek en doğrusu. Otel, toplu taşıma araçlarıyla seyahat eden insanlar için daha uygun olan Makishi Hafif Raylı İstasyonu'nun altında yer almaktadır, ancak araba kullananlar bana pek dostane gelmiyor çünkü otelin otoparkı her zaman dolu ve ulaşım 5-10 dakika sürüyor. Sıcak bir günde park etmek için dışarıda yürümek çok sakıncalıdır. Garsonların yaklaşımı oldukça iyi. İkinci katta ücretsiz içecekler ve gece atıştırmalıkları sunan ücretsiz bir restoran var. Gece atıştırmalıkları genellikle eriştedir, ancak lezzetin iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor. Kahvaltı oldukça iyi, çeşit çok zengin olmasa da lezzeti ***et iyi. Oda hijyeni ve olanakları iyi.

Neither trip.com nor the hotel informed us beforehand that there would not be cleaning included for the duration of our stay. We had to put our used towels, bathrobes and rubbish bins outside the room for them to change. It would have cost JPY 5000 for each cleaning. Should this be labelled an airbnb instead? Also, trip.com did not indicate that additional charges had to be paid again for a child until after booking (the selected room for 3 was already more expensive than the room for 2). Requests to trip.com customer service staff were abysmal and could not address the enquiry. Service was decent and most were friendly to the child. Breakfast was also decent although it was 2x japanese and 1x western (no choice). The view from the restaurant was amazing! Blue seas and floor to ceiling glass windows. Onsen and sauna were also serviceable. Good proximity to onna beach and aquarium compared to naha. Good overall except for the hidden charges (and no cleaning!) which spoilt the overall experience. Not sure if we would stay again, and we definitely won't be using trip.com in future.

Her professionalism was subtle rather than performative, and her warmth felt entirely natural. I have stayed in many hotels across different countries, yet it is rare to encounter a front desk professional whose presence so clearly shapes the emotional tone of an entire stay. In this instance, the quality and value of my experience were defined almost entirely by Ms. Jacob. It is because of this stay—and because of her—that I know I will continue to choose LeQu whenever I return to Okinawa. She embodies a level of hospitality that cannot be reduced to procedure, and her contribution deserves formal recognition. Loisir Naha Resort is a comfortable, decent, and relaxing place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the overall vibe feels calm — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Okinawa. Not too fancy, but definitely cozy and worth it for a peaceful stay.

We chose the Japanese style family, that sleeps 4 on the tatami floor. However the only downside is there's no attached bathroom for shower in the room, and we had to take our shower at Apeman onsen next door. The hotel lounge on the 6th floor offers free drinks and a nice view of Nanjo town.
