Hotel location is convenient, overall service us good , room is clean / no housekeeping service if stay less than 3nights, though they provide fresh towel daily. Front desk very helpful to contact uber taxi when I left something in car.

The reception barely know English , I just wanted to ask them for a toilet brush to clean the toilet, but they don’t understand what I was talking about , and told me room cleaning on non-cleaning day needs additional charge . But I was asking the brush to clean by myself and not asking them to clean. They asked me to wait but then never called me back, finally I had to find the cleaning lady by myself and explained everything to them. Other than that everything is fine

The view of the hotel is awesome, the sunset beach is right next door! The location is very accessible, with supermarket and onsen at close proximity. And I was so thankful for the amazing hospitality of their front desk staff, who helped me made bookings at local restaurants. The room was very clean and the breakfast buffet is delicious! Highly recommended!

Very good location. It is in front of the beach and also next to American village. Many shops and restaurants nearby

The hotel is located in a very good location
Friendly staffs and if you upgrade your room you get the best view but there was one issue with the toilet it was kinda stinky otherwise inside the room was pretty clean

The hotel booking arrangement is not flexible!
The first assigned room’s design is a bit dark, furniture are old & have some stains, an air conditioner is a bit water leaking but quit large. Glad that hotel would assigned another room to us. Even the room is a bit smaller than the first one, but the room furniture & the view is better. I like hotel provides Pola brand of shower gel, hair shampoo & conditioner. The room can see the fireworks, good.
The breakfast buffet is good & next the the beach. Walk about 5 mins to Aeon. Swimming & hot spring need to pay to access & outside of hotel, take about 2 mins walk. I may visit again if go to OKA.

Nice hotel but really needs some maintenance. Room was nice but furniture and fixtures very old and worn. Everything worked, bed comfortable, pillows not so much, A/C was great and room was clean. Water pressure in the shower was very poor. Would have been nice to have a couple of complimentary water bottles like most hotels provide in the room. Check-in staff couldn't check me in a little early even though the room was ready and there was only about 20 guests/cars in parking lot. Check in staff couldn't speak any English to get me checked in. Breakfast was outstanding! Lots of selections and very delicious! Parking was free which was a plus. If the price remains low, I'd stay again.

ㄧ到飯店外面服務人員馬上歡迎我們到來，協助行李及停車對於我們有小朋友大包小包的旅客來說真的超級友善
去到大廳辦理住宿服務好到讓我還沒入住直接想給他五顆星
簡易的英文讓不太流利英語的我也能理解告知從台灣來還會附上幾句中文
盥洗用具是採取有需要可自行拿取非常環保的飯店👍🏼
當然盥洗用具也非常乾淨衛生
房間大小剛好 我們兩人都是28吋行李也沒有問題
晚間還有免費拉麵當宵夜小巧暖胃份量女生剛剛好
位置附近也很好停車重點都免費！
旁邊就是超市只能說超級優秀！！！！
如果下次還有去沖繩中部一定會再次入住
