"The check-in process was a bit complicated, but I was satisfied because I thought it was smart! After that, the procedure was simple, and the room condition was excellent. "At 1 AM during our stay, there was a fire alarm announcement. We evacuated our room and asked the front desk staff what was happening. They initially said there was no issue, but then other floors reported smoke on the 11th floor. Only then did the staff go up to check. After checking, they confirmed there was no fire, and guests could return to their rooms. However, the elevator was malfunctioning and might lose power mid-ride, so they advised us to take the stairs. We were on the 14th floor! Eventually, the staff offered to ride the elevator with us."

"I compared the prices to hotels near American Village, but decided to stay here, even though it was a bit of a walk. It only takes about 10 minutes at a leisurely pace to get to American Village. There's also parking nearby, so driving is a breeze. It was great to be able to wash and dry my wet clothes after a few days of rain or playing in the water! The washer and dryer were a fantastic choice. There were one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa bed, so four people could sleep comfortably. (The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it was worth it for the price.) There was a convenience store right in front, so the kids had a blast raiding the place every morning and evening. The ramen restaurant right next door was delicious, too. 👍🏻 The parking lot was also ample and convenient. I actually thought it was a good decision to stay here instead of the American Village Hotel. It was quiet, easy to get to, and the price was reasonable. I didn't contact you in advance for check-in on the first day, but I arrived around 8:30. Thank you for waiting until late and for your kind guidance. If I ever visit Okinawa again, I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you."

"Before check-in, you need to unlock a four-digit password at the entrance. This password is "not" the PIN code from your Trip.com order. It took me a long time and many attempts to finally unlock the four-digit password using my order number. There was no four-digit password sent before check-in. It felt like a brain-teasing escape room game. This part of check-in was incredibly frustrating; why choose a self-service system? Then there was the self-service entry for guest information. Just the address section required accompanying guests to keep entering "English" addresses, which was annoying enough. There was no option to copy and paste. It was incredibly frustrating. It took almost 30 minutes to successfully check in. The only advantage of this place is the cozy room amenities. It has a bathtub, microwave, sink, and an IH oven (I'm not sure if it works). There's also a dryer and washing machine, which is very convenient for people traveling for multiple days in Japan. Washing and drying clothes is very convenient. Would I stay here again? I'll have to think about it. The layout is much larger than a typical hotel. Families with children might stay here, but couples might not."
