Rezidans konseptinde olması sebebiyle odaların bir ana kapı girişi var. Ana kapı içerisinde üst ve alt kat olmak üzere odalar iki ayrı kata bölünmüş. Bu durum özellikle 2 odalı rezervasyonlarda muhteşem oluyor. Her ne kadar bina düzeni otel konseptinde olmasa da verilen hizmet anlamında tüm otel hizmetlerini alıyorsunuz. Odalar her gün temizlenip havlular değiştiriliyor. Odaların temizliği de çok çok iyi. Otel hizmeti yanında mini mutfak ve çamaşır makinesinin olması da özellikle uzun kalışlar için çok iyi. Elektrikli ocakta yemek pişirebiliyorsunuz. Ancak tencere, tabak, kaşık-bıçak bulunmuyor. Özetle bu otelde uzun bir konaklama yapan biri olarak konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık.
