Best value hotel in this area. Very beautiful decoration. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

this is the most beautiful hotel! From the moment of booking to the moment of departure everything is perfect and even better! Upon arrival, we were greeted like relatives - in the shade in the fresh air they arranged a check-in, helped to connect to Wi-Fi. Told all the rules and useful information. We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! The toilet is slightly larger. And the sink is better than the second one. On the second night I changed to another room. On the second floor is a double room with pool view. The difference is that you can see the swimming pool by opening the balcony. The hotel's own swimming pool. This room is not very big but it is more comfortable than the first one. The only dissatisfaction is that the sink is too small and too small. Even if you brush your teeth and wash your face, it’s too small to wash your clothes. If you book this room, you can still live. On the first floor, you spent so much money living in a small hotel at 60.80 in China. These two rooms are only a few tens of dollars. The room was only 90 yuan in September. So probably measure it. Super satisfied, super satisfied! This hotel surprised me so much! I regret not staying for two more days. The facilities are new, the environment is good, the hygiene is clean, and the service is also very good~ The fruit for breakfast in the hotel is delicious. If you come to Fethiye, you can consider staying in this hotel~

We had a one night stay here and it was a great stay. The room was cozy but well laid out, recently built/renovated and the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast is served on the rooftop overlooking the city and it’s a decent meal. In the early hours of the morning, my wife had a medical emergency and despite the language barrier, the staff were able to call an ambulance and get us the help we needed quickly! Upon returning from the hospital to collect our belongings, the staff asked how my wife was which was great! I can’t compliment this hotel enough! Every interaction with the staff was great, as too were the amenities!

Fouat was an amazing ambassador for the Orka Boutique hotel; he is a wonderfully warm manager who went to every effort to make us feel incredibly welcome here in beautiful Fehtiye! The hotel is situated on the bay/ harbour near to the lovely old town, markets and a huge array of restaurants also a stones throw from beautiful beaches and amazing historical/ cultural sites. A very family friendly town it’s a great affordable hotel, we all highly recommend it. We recommend room 304 for its stunning views - a little noisy at night but certainly not an issue for us.

1) My cab left me 150mt away from the hotel because it is a pedestrian shopping zone and we had DRAG our 2 suitcases on cobble stones ”like path” for 15 mins. 2) Upon arrival had to climb 20+ steps to the reception on the first floor ...Our room was 1 floor above the reception ( another 12-15 steps more climb.Thus going out 3 or 4 x a day to beach , shopping, resto, night life etc was a challenging task for a senior citizen of 70+ YES down 35 steps and back up 4 x a day. 3) After 15 hours travel time from Europe to Turkey (left home at 3.00 am , arrived hotel at 18.30).... Even after giving them my visiting card showing my status ”President of a FINANCIAL COMPANY , (they did not take into consideration )I was VERY VERY Badly /disrespectfully greeted.!! .After the check in formalities they wanted IMMEDIATE PAYMENT....I requested for some time to see the room and freshen up then come down to pay...to our surprise WITHIN 3 MINS the receptionist was knocking at my door for payment ....I said give me time to change and will come down ... FOR THEM ”NO WAY ” different staff members came knocking at my door 4 x in 12- 15 mins . I am ”genius 3 Level ” visiting/travelling to about 12-20 hotels per year on 3 or 4 retirement holiday trips per year !! Never , NEVER seen such HUNGER for money from such pathetic poorly educated cheap people. Finally I gave up because my partner asked me to so we can be at peace and call home informing we arrived... I wrote to director and put in suggestion box suggesting to check the clients on Linkedin or google b4 arrival ...but no apology was received from them....reason I WILL NOT FORGET NOR FORGIVE THEM now. 4)The room was too small for a ”deluxe DOUBLE room” . ABOUT 17sqm 2 big Bags got in the way 2 hand carries beside the bed ...difficult to get up in the night for toilet ..MY mistake I did not check SQM of room the word ”double room & DELUXE was deceiving. 5) Bathroom was small but acceptable..had no elct/shaving socket ONLY LIKE was the location . Breakfast was ”ok ” donuts and patisseries were not of ”good quality”, were always hard and not soft with butter as we like in proper cake shops in Europe. ...this was home made and hard to digest.. had first day and tried different ones for 2 or 3 days and left unfinished on plate each time. hot food had little variey but was acceptable for a cheap 3 * hotel.. Shopping was expensive better prices in Tuesday market got some items at 1/3 price tn the market and a bag at 1/4 price restaurants were DILUTING ALL COCKTAIL DRINKS WITH WATER....and priced were expensive 12-15 euros per drink. best drink beer only as most of tourists (British, Russian etc..) were doing

So we stayed at the kilim hotel for 8 night and we really enjoyed our stay. It's family run, the staff are helpful and friendly. It is located exactly halfway between calis and fethiye old town, both about £3 in taxi each way (or you could walk). The breakfast in the morning was nice, coffee, tea, bread, butter,Jams, cheese, egg, cereal, and more. The outside area was really nice to socialise in and wasn't overcrowded. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a very reasonably priced hotel in the fethiye area.

The hotel is very warm European style, the decoration is very delicate. The location is on a hillside, facing the sea, and the scenery is very good. The facilities in the room were a bit flimsy, a wall light fell off at night, but it was fixed the next day. For breakfast, Chinese people may not be used to eating many local cheeses and sauces.
