Very helpful staff , helpful for booking a reservation at a restaurant and let us use the charger for iPhone. Was very pleased with the service, but was not very happy about the toilet as It did not have the normal Japanese toilet that wash your bottom. The room was a bit out of date!

The onsen is amazing. Extremely convenient location which just 30 second away from railway station. There is bike free for use as well. Some of the staffs can speak English and they are all very helpful and nice. You can enjoy Japanese style breakfast as well. Highly recommended !!!

The hot spring they provided which I think it is just hot water. Also, when my hand touched the bottom of hot spring, my hand smell like disinfectant, perhaps they didnt clean it comprehensively. Also, the sound insulation is really poor.

Hot springs are nice and relaxing. The inner decor in lobby is really special. Although it’s a rather old hotel but the condition is overall well-maintained.

The area is almost outmoded, but it seems to be traditional Japanese building. The lobby is big enough, where full of game machines for recreation. Besides, the buffet area is enough foods, but the buffet period is too short and too hurry to eat.

設施陳舊，就是一個老牌的温泉酒店，而且交通不便，對於一個不懂日元不太懂英語的人來説怎麼去約免費接送，1600元包早餐和晚餐真的不怎麼划算，晚餐就是個日餐，東西還可以，但看見鄰桌的韓國人是牛肉烤肉，重點要説一下：服務員問要飲料嗎，我問是否包含在套餐裏，她説：是，還給我推薦了啤酒，就要了一杯，結果第二天退房時問我要了錢，當時非常生氣，跟他們理論就是笑嘻嘻的把賬單伸到我面前，沒法説…….在這提醒一下朋友們，日本其實很懶，當時我是拿着翻譯器在和她對話，其實她根本不在好好看翻譯器，也不知道是有意的，現在日本人也壞了，他們會推薦你一些貴的沒用的，記住推薦的都不要。這次的日本之行顛覆了以前對日本的好感。

Hotel is old. Hotel floor corridors are dim. Fulton are too thin. It is the first onsen hotel did not supply body location in the public bath. Room amenities such as facial products, utensils, coffee are not place in the lobby. They are in the front office counter drawer. You have to ask to get it. But there are special shops inside the hotel. That is amazing. Free welcome green tea for each guest. Morning 9:00-10:00 public bath stop operate for cleaning.

酒店位置好，房間可以望到海，十分好，酒店有溫泉，是比較有風味的溫泉，房間十分舒適，泡泡茶，喝喝酒，真係最適合不過，晚餐十分豐，有牛肉，魚，蟹，我們還加購了兩份蟹，十分美味，下次再去我一定會再預訂這酒店！

Location: it was a 15 minutes walk from the JR station and when we left the hotel, they had a free shuttle service. The hotel is next to the famous gate and a tofu ice cream dessert place which was great.  Food: dinner and breakfast inclusive hotel room, both were fantastic  Rooms: clean and big  Onsen: it was a bit small but did have an outdoor onsen, there was no water dispenser so cannot hydrate afterwards

是一間老舊的酒店，服務態度算ok，由停車場拖着大行李前往酒店大堂的路有點難行，但出來迎接的服務員看著也不會替你搬行李。房間很大很乾淨，一泊二食，兩餐也很豐富，飽到吃不下。有公眾室內和室外風呂，溫泉水質素非常好，浸完皮膚滑滑的，大堂有免費酒水供應，check out時還會送你一小袋米。晚餐shabu shabu在房間內進行，就像網上評論所說一樣，整間房也是食物味道，不太好受。但整體來說也很滿意。
