Booked a tatami room and a modern design room. After checked-in, realised that modern room doesn't have bathroom. Not manage to try the onsen. Public bath free. Private bath cost ¥3000. The breakfast is rich. Overall stay was good.

Odamızdan gece manzarası muhteşemdi. Hava güzelse, Fuji Dağı'nı bile görebilirsiniz! Yatak genişti ve rahatça uyuyabildim. Tuvalet ve küvet arasında bir lavabo vardı, bu da ferah bir his veriyordu. Küvet de harikaydı, bacaklarınızı uzatıp rahatlayabiliyordunuz. İkinci katta 24 saat açık bir Lawson marketi vardı. Geceleyin, oda katına çıkan asansör, misafirler dışında kimse tarafından kullanılamıyordu, bu da mükemmel bir güvenlik sağlıyordu. Bu otelde kesinlikle tekrar kalmak isterim. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim!

温泉がとても綺麗で、露天風呂が特にお肌がツルツルになり良かったです。 夜ご飯も和食で美味しく、丁度良い量でした。 21時からは無料でラーメンも1杯食べられます。 朝はビュッフェタイプでどれも美味しかったです。 お部屋もリフォームされていて綺麗でした。 また秩父に行く時は泊まりたいと思います。

Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Came here by accident, staff was nice, it was clean, you can definitely stay here. Room is a bit small like everywhere around Tokyo

Stay for a week for business trip. Been stay here for 2 times already and it really good.

Great location in the middle of the main warehouse district and accessible by bus from the nearest train stations. Cozy room, clean and modern design and facilities. Shared bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Food court on the first floor provided a quick and easy breakfast.

Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

The public Bath onsen is really relaxing The quality is basically the same as those paid path house outside I will definitely come again Although the location isn’t too close to the main train station, but it’s a close walk for around 15 minutes.

温泉施設が併設されていて良かった。私の予約した部屋は和室だったので、自分で布団を敷いて寝ました。部屋は広くて快適でした。私が利用したタイプの部屋にはお風呂はありませんでした。温泉施設を利用したので問題はなかったです。朝食を後から追加して1500円支払いましたが、美味しくて種類もあり満足です。焼き立てのパンがあり、クロワッサンが美味しかった。またこちらの方面に行った際は利用したいと思います。
