We are a group of 4 pax travelling , we love this hotel , short walk from train station We opt for the room with breakfast and dinner , really good and sumptuous food prepared and we were given a private room to enjoy our meal Onsen just conveniently at lower ground , public indoor and outdoor . We love it Staff are all very service Overall I highly recommend anyone who wants to look for authentic ryokan stay at kinugawa

Overall is good in terms of food/facilities/services. Yumoto onsen bus stop is only 3mins walk away from hotel. The tatami room I stayed is spacious..just that it got smell which I believe it is due to lack of ventilation. Feel ok after i spray some air freshener.

The food was so delicious, ofuro was also relaxing. Amenities and view are so awesome. Highly recommend.

A premium hotel & hotspring in kinugagawa onsen,this hotel also is famous all over japan, because of superb hotspring creation made by a big rock,very new & romantic interior design especially in the lobby,w/ an luxurios chandelier,the outside view is amazing,the famous fureai bridge in kinugawa & river is in the front ,very nice autumn view outside,the room is big,but don't have a telephone & dresser,the food is superb but if you want to drink alcohol,you need to reserve from the front desk during check-in.Intagramable view inside & outside,but don't go here by walking with baggage because of the high stairs in fureai bridge,there's a shuttle bus but you need to pay 300yen.Overall,you can feel the scenic views even you don't go outside,Thanks always Trip.com for very nice booking,more power & God bless always

Otel genel olarak ödenen fiyata göre harika ve özellikle resepsiyondaki İngilizce ve Japoncayı akıcı bir şekilde konuşan Vietnamlı kızdan hizmet mükemmeldi. Japon konuklar bile onu Japon sanıyordu. Haha. Ancak, odada biraz daha fazla ilgi ve onarım gerektiren şeyler olduğu için şirketin biraz daha fazla personel alması gerekebilir. Bununla birlikte, odalar çok büyük! Açık hava kaplıcası da beklenenden daha soğuktu (gerçi bu durum giriş sırasında açıklanıyor) ve sabahları en iyi sonucu veriyor.

The location is really nice and the public onsen with the beautiful view are fantastic! However, the room was pretty outdated and a bit smelly and could have been cleaner. We booked the more expensive room with the bath where they show the private onsen picture, but unfortunately, the private onsen needs to be booked separately and they will charge us additionally 3100 yen for 50 min. So be aware to select the cheaper room since it's exactly the same as the more expensive room.

The hotel is great! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with many facilities like karaoke, a game center, and more. I visited with my family, a total of 14 people, and they were able to arrange a private room for us for both dinner and breakfast. Both meals were buffet-style and absolutely delicious. The onsen experience was wonderful, and the view from the onsen was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the Kinugawa River. However, there was one issue: when we checked in, the reception took our passports for photocopying. Unfortunately, they missed returning one of the passports to us. It wasn’t until after we checked out and reached our next stop that we realized one passport was missing. We had to go back to the hotel to take it. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was better than dinner, but both were good. The onsen was good and clean, but I wish they provided towels at the onsen area and not having to bring our own. There were no face towels in the room. The room was old. The floor creaks. But the room was very clean. I did not smell smoke anywhere in the hotel, but it was a bit humid. The staff spoke English well. BONUS: In the game room, there is the old Pole Position car racing game and it works perfectly. Memories of my childhood. I loved this game. The hotel price was excellent for the value.it is beside a beautiful long pedestrian bridge.

ラウンジがあることを知らずに行ったのですが、 お酒もお菓子も充実していて、 清潔感＆高級感もあり、クリスマスツリーもあって、 とってもリラックスして友人とおしゃべりを楽しむことができました！ 館内は全て清潔で、文句なしです！ お風呂も綺麗で広くて、2時間くらい露天風呂を楽しんじゃいました😆🫶🏻 お風呂上がりのドリンクも美味しいです。 とーっても贅沢に時間の流れるホテルでした。 山の景色も美しいです。 ありがとうございました❤️

Otobüs durağı kavşakta, otelden altı dakikalık yokuş yukarı yürüyüş mesafesinde. Odadaki yarı açık hava banyosu aslında bir küvet, kaplıca değil, ama banyo yapmak veya ayaklarınızı dinlendirmek için uygun. Ancak ormana baktığı için sivrisineklere ve düşen yapraklara dikkat edin, gerçi biz büyük hayvanlara rastlamadık. Garson her gün girişe yukata, tuvalet malzemeleri, kahve ve çay poşetleri vb. bırakıyor. Değiştirmeniz gereken eşyalarınızı ve çöplerinizi görevlilere bırakmanız gerekiyor; odanıza girmiyorlar. Yemekler taze, ancak set menüler çok büyük olmadığı için erkekler yeterince yiyemeyebilir.
