Sonra bir yerlerden sigara külü bulup sigara içtiğimizi söylediler. Sonunda, acelemiz olduğu için 8.000 kuruş ceza ödemek zorunda kaldık. Çok sinirlendik!"

"We just finished our 2nd staycation at Marco Polo to celebrate my birthday, and it was fantastic again. The hotel is excellent and my family really enjoyed every moment. Special shoutout to Czaira at Reception — we remember her as an intern last year, and now she’s doing an amazing job. Also big kudos to Eric at Concierge. His positive energy and happy vibes have been consistent from last year right through to this year. And thank you to The Continental Club team: Andre, Aila, Azi & Teddy for the birthday cake. That surprise made the celebration extra special. Overall, the stay was great and all the staff were super welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you ❤️ Baldemor Family"

"It has been multiple times that I’m visiting this hotel, nothing has been change aside the buffet breakfast, one of the remarkable this hotel has to offer aside from the spa is their buffet breakfast that has a lot of variety, and options but today I’m a bit disappointed, I’m looking for their starters but unfortunately it’s all has brown, they don’t serve the cheesy dynamite, same options lng kaya mukang marami, before they do have the corned beef, sausages I mean super sarap sa eyes Pati ung coffee nila out of order, kaya nakakad since I’m a coffee lover but kuddos to their TV they have NETFLIX AND YOUTUBE na kaya kahit papano we enjoy the room dati kc pang old school ung tv nila na may mga channels. But overall it’s fine sana lng ibalik nila ung super yummy na breakfast."

"pre-check in, responded on reservations team's email and complied with what is requested. Posted a question regarding if ID will be needed for the guest and parking privileges, only got a one liner response, without getting my questions answered. 2. check-in, even if been made aware that there is no front desk, upon arriving and approaching the attending security personnel, took a while to search for our reservation. Mostly due to a single incorrect letter written on their copy for my last name. After handing my ID, which I already sent via email to the reservations team, which I didn't mind. What made it irritating was my wife and kids are being asked for their ID's, even if it there were nothing being said be it on the trip.com page or email communication. Take note, that it was my 2nd question on my email to reservations, that was answered with a 1 liner response only. 3. WIFI connection is unstable, toiletries was only available on 1 bathroom, living room bathroom shower leaking (cannot use), room AC not cooling room efficiently and worst was cockroaches roaming around bathroom, bedrooms, dining and kitchen cabinets."

"Very good stay, the room is clean and tidy without bugs, the price is very reasonable, and there is 24h WIFI and hot water, washing machine and self-catering. It was a great experience, including two badrooms, one Bathroom, one little Living room and Kitchen, Hot water is available 24 hours a day and Self laundry available"
