I mentioned a minor air conditioning problem and they solved it quickly and no follow issues. I have enjoyed many evening meals at the Gazebo restaurant. Every item on their diverse menu is very delicious and great value for money. Ebuka has been friendly and attentive from my first night ensuring I got a good meal to recover from my journey. Breakfast staff is equally friendly and quick to help with anything I need for a great start to my day."

I say almost because there were two issues with the bathroom, however, the management was quick to try to resolve the issues as soon as I notified them. The management and staff did so much to make our stay enjoyable. I spent the period with my son and we did not have any reason to complain. The hotel is clean, and the menu is extensive with well cooked meals. The management and all staff were professional, polite and just a pleasure to be around. I fully recommend this hotel and will definitely make it my hotel of choice on my next trip to Abuja."

Staff at the reception were extremely polite and helpful out of the way, my check in with my family was very fast and wasn't delayed at all. the rooms were extremely neat and well arranged as well as also well appointed. The swimming pool looks amazing and I loved the music that was being played as it was of different cultures. Buffet was lovely and offers a great variety of food, the staff at the hotel were helpful when asked for help.
