"Very nice hotel in the star gazing area Aichi. Though little reviews, we went to stay and greeted warmly as we were the only tourist. Dinner was sumptuous. Room was great though bit small. Onsen was a plus with star gazing opportunities at night. Overall, recommended high CP!"

"To get to hotel need arrange on own expenses for taxi cost approx Yen 7000 from lida station. To go nearby heaven sohara cost approx Yen 3000 on own expenses. The benefits is free transport at night to star grazing and hotel provided coats, mat and equipment. The dinner served at 5pm is very delicious. We missed breakfast because we have to travel at 630am so we are given rice balls. If hotel put breakfast timing 7am will be great for any travellers planning. At night, they provided warm heated water pillow to hug for cold winter."

"Lezzetli robatayaki (kömür ateşinde pişirilmiş deniz ürünleri) yedik; güler yüzlü ve yardımsever garson balığı ızgarada pişirdi ve karidesleri yememizi kolaylaştırmak için soydu. Alabalığı kömür ateşinde pişirmek, dışını dolgun, içini ise yumuşak ve kabarık hale getirdi, bu da harika bir şeydi. Ayrıca kızarmış tofu ve ahtapot köftesi gibi birçok başka yemek de vardı. Yaban domuzu güveci de çok lezzetliydi ve udon eriştesiyle bitirmeden önce sadece birazını yiyebildik. Kaplıcalar da çok keyifliydi. "We arrived at noon, but the hotel immediately checked us in because we had some transportation issues when we left. The front desk service was excellent; they helped us check our transportation information, spending a full 1-2 hours to resolve the problem. We were extremely grateful and touched by the hotel's busy schedule and assistance, which allowed us to smoothly connect to Matsumoto! The hotel is spacious and the food is delicious. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, with all-you-can-eat crab legs. The food is plentiful and everyone, adults and children alike, loved it! We stayed for two nights and even went stargazing in Achi Village. The hotel provided shuttle service for both trips! Our room was a corner room with good natural light and was spacious. The onsen (hot spring bath) was also very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Terrible! Not recommended! One night's stay included two meals. Dinner was extremely salty; the pan-fried fish was incredibly salty and had many bones, making it inedible. I had to drink water constantly after dinner. All public spaces in the hotel were poorly lit, dark, and lifeless, greatly spoiling my vacation mood! The staff were polite and tried their best to explain using iPads and body language."

"Traditional Japanese-style room, clean and quiet environment, polite and patient waiters. There is plenty of food for one stay and two meals, and you can't finish it in an hour. The hotel has a large bathhouse and outdoor hot springs. It is a good place to experience slow life and recuperate. In addition, the hotel can arrange nighttime stargazing transfer service."

"- Arriving staff proactively helped us put our luggage in the room, which was tidy. As I signed up for the star tour, I informed the hotel in advance that dinner was arranged at five o'clock, the food was varied, very satisfied, breakfast was still very rich. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to see the stars. Spa comfortable, - the indoor one outdoor. There are two other family spas for no one to use at no additional charge. There are two table tennis tables for playing. Staff was considerate and proactive and will stay next time."

"PLEASE CONFIRM WITH THE HOTEL IF DINNER IS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING I booked a room with dinner and breakfast included, as stated on my voucher. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I discovered my reservation didn't include dinner, and there was nothing I could do about it. All they could offer me was a buffet at another hotel for an additional fee. This really dampened my spirits, as I'd booked this hotel based on reviews of the excellent kaiseki dinner. On the positive side, I can note the wonderful, spacious room with a private plunge pool and shared plunge pools for stargazing."

"Supper was a meal that was baked in front of me in the hearth, and the last was 19:00 〜. He laid a futon during the meal. The location was very healing at an inn in nature. The open-air bath was open until 23:00 and the large communal bath was open until 9:00 the next day. There was rinse-in shampoo and body soap, lotion, emulsion, and hair oil, but be careful as the air volume of the dryer is weak and there is no face wash or cleansing. The hot spring was a little thick and very good. I thought the age group of the guests was high."

"it has been a great onsen experience as it's got several pools to choose from. A variety of food choices during dinner and breakfast. Even got 4 types of crab legs! The staff are helpful and friendly. They even offered to walk us to the car with an umbrella as it was raining. located beside the river with a beautiful view to offer. A lovely walk along the river. The morning market is right outside the hotel."

"Lovely staff, polite, caring and gracious. We stayed in a Japanese style room. The room and view was great, however the bathroom was small in our view. Onsen was clean and well kept, both public and private rooms. Food was authentic to the region and beautifully presented. Although the reception area looked a little tired this was overcome by the warm welcome. Unfortunately the bedding on the futons did not match which did detract from the overall impression. Overall a memorable experience."
