RNR Serviced Apartments Adelaide - Sturt St

Stayed there last month checkin in was horrible they don’t answer phones & website is misleading have a look & you will see, it took 2 hrs for a return call after waiting at airport this is by far unacceptable & worst experience I’ve had in Adelaide for this type of accommodation

It has been a while since I was surprised. On December 13th arrived in ADL for work and was stranded at the airport and decided to use the complementary accommodation courtesy of our shareholders. After carefully searching for my treat accommodation. I have decided to choose the RNR Serviced Apar**ents Adelaide - Sturt St. Truly blew me away with the amazing 3 bedrooms and all the apar**ent features truly breathing, a lot better than staying in a regular hotel. The way I assess and compare the pricing of other accommodations compared to RNR Serviced Apar**ents Adelaide - Sturt St- it is truly more practical to choose, mostly for family travellers for the same price of a studio hotel room - surprised by how much you will miss by not examine the other better options. Close to public transport and eas Another major surprise is the natural skills of Mr Ian when it comes to hospitality. Mr. Ian has an amazing and unique way of showing hospitality that I saw in others, perhaps a combination of skills and talent. Thank you 🙇 Mr. Ian for showing your unique skills and your amazing concern for making sure the RNR guesses that everything was guided and oriented. As a senior trip advisor member, to all travellers give it a chance to see and review the RNR Serviced Apar**ents Adelaide - Sturt St, great options and have a lot more to offer at a competitive price and you get a lot more for what you paid. I will RNR Serviced Apar**ents Adelaide - Sturt St and looking forward to my next visit.

Was very happy Nice and clean also comfortable and amenities were great at the Avani complex through randr apar**ents. For a great night in felt very comfortable being there also awesome location right next to restaurants will go again

We stayed there for a few days last week and the manager met us after hours 11.pm on a rainy Friday night so we were not stranded . Place was very clean location is outstanding just off king William road . We even extended with no stress at all . Excellent under cover parking with your own garage . We would definitely stay there again . Aussie management makes things a lot easier for the aussie traveller

Management horrible rude con artists can’t answer emails or phone no idea how to run place wifi poor & website a fraud backyard is reception run better off staying in a camperhome other place booked out and car parking was paid no fox Or room service

Our reservation was cancelled less than two weeks out from date of travel because we had not paid a deposit (we had). Long story short we were accommodated in a 2 bed apar**ent and offered a discount for same because we had booked a three bedroom (never received the discount by the way, charged full price). Apar**ent we were accommodated in was not clean but the biggest issue was beds without sheets, apparently a dirty blanket with hair in it is acceptable. We begged owner to please bring us sheets and he told us it was very inconvenient being a long weekend and we should have got home earlier to report this issue (sorry we were out and about enjoying the city we had paid to visit and you promised us when we checked in and met you that the beds would be separated ). He did tell us it was a serviced apar**ent, not a hotel ? We did tell him we would expect with a serviced apar**ent that we would still expect a clean apar**ent and sheets. Do not stay with this guy, we are reasonable people and this was just not on.

Our booking was cancelled without a reason or explanation 24 hours before booking. The booking was made over 1 month ago. Representative was rude and aggressive. Please don’t book here - they don’t deserve your hard earned money.

We didn't get to visit as SA closed borders because of covid, I have an email stating when all open again I can rebook. Have been told today they are not honouring email. They are therefore keeping my nearly $400

Property was just what we needed for weekend away. Close to public transport and Dining options but far enough away that there was no noise overnight.
