It raised concerns about the hygiene standards of the property. I expected a clean and comfortable environment, but this experience fell short. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve their housekeeping practices."

"The hotel was nice, clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. Although the hotel was located on the outskirts, Adelaide itself isn't very big. Just a few steps across a lush green lawn, you can catch a free cable car, which takes only a few minutes to reach the city center. Plus, most of the attractions are clustered together, which was quite convenient!"

The location is on the main road into the city about 15 minutes north. We travelled through peak hour every day and it wasn't hard to get to and from the city. We also travelled to Hahndorf and the barossa Valley and found it easier enough as well."

"My room booking was amended to handicap room during check-in which was very much appreciated. The room was clean and very quiet and the bathroom fixtures were excellent. I ate dinner at the Ibis Kitchen, a restaurant which specialises in international cuisine, and had excellent fish and chips.  I had some trouble with the vending machine not accepting cash. Hotel management came to my floor within a minute and assisted with opening the machine and getting my drink out and refused taking my money as a curtesy for the inconvenience it caused me. I was very satisfied with my stay at Ibis Hotel Adelaide. "

"absolutely vile experience. i extended my stay and somehow housekeeping still completely emptied and cleaned my occupied room while all of my belongings were still inside. i came back after an already traumatic medical day to find every single thing gone and the room reset like i never existed. staff admitted the room had been cleaned out by mistake and eventually returned some of our belongings, but multiple personal items were still missing including my earrings. despite repeatedly asking for help, nobody took accountability and i was treated like an inconvenience for being upset that my belongings disappeared because of THEIR mistake. the complete lack of professionalism, empathy and accountability from this hotel is honestly disgusting. i have never felt so unsafe, dismissed and disrespected by staff in my life. if you stay here, do not trust your belongings to be safe in your room apparently even extending your booking is not enough to stop housekeeping from clearing out all of your possessions."
