This hotel stayed for the first time. And never regretted! From the first minutes we were covered with attention and care. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable - everything is there. Beds are very convenient and bed linen is perfect. Cleaning every day. Everything you ask is decided in the shortest time. The view from the window is unreal! The location is successful. The area is decent - there is a place to go for a walk. Breakfast is as a separate kind of art. Very tasty, satisfactory and worthy choice for any taste and preference. Bonus: A glass of champagne is a small one, but pleasant) SPA is worthy. Despite not all was open (repair work), we had a great time! In fact, you can not go out of the hotel, as all entertainment, service - under one roof. Stayed another early autumn holiday at the Rixos Krasnaya Polyana with my daughter. It was perfect in all aspects, best regards and many thanks to the hotel team. Location is the best, in the heart of the mountains with very easy excess to the facilities of Krasnaya Polyana and seaside Sochi. In the recent years (I am a visitor since 2017) the hotel is definitely keeping his place of the best in the spot, with a lot of improvements going on.

The room was provided with a 10-year-old daughter in August 2020. The room was provided just before the settlement time, which is pleasant. Small and screaming children are completely unsuited to the hotel concept. The feeling that everyone is going specially with children to this hotel because of the pool, with the age and time limits on the children's bathing , no one complies, no one responds to the comments and no staff follows. You can rest at the pool only in the first 30 minutes after the opening (9:00-9:30). Then the kindergarten starts, with parents lying on the lying, and children scream in the pool. It is evident that the hotel is not coping with the flow of guests, on the counter always the queue. Очень классная территория. Ландшафтный дизайн, в-целом комплекс отличный. Есть всякие занятия, что фитнес, что досуговые. Бассейн открытый, до этого плавали в горах в открытом бассейне, там он действительно был тёплый, тут прохладный. И потом выходить и идти до раздевалки (тоже на открытом воздухе) прохладно. Ну, и самое важное. Персонал. Сервис отдыхает, к большому сожалению. Приехали в 19:45, сказали подождать посидеть минут 15, потому что пересменка на ресепшне. Ок. Посидели 20 минут. Подошли, новенькие девушки заступали на смену и даже не поздоровались, не сказали сколько ещё ждать, мы просто стояли возле стоек. Уже после нашего вопроса ”когда нас заселят?”, сказали пождать ещё пару минут. Спросили про пожелания, мы пришли в номер и были в шоке. Настолько убитый. Ну, и оказалось, что унитаз не смывает. На мой вопрос по телефону спросили когда нам нужен сантехник сегодня или ЗАВТРА. В общем, переселили в другой номер в другом корпусе, тот уже был лучше и свежее. Сложилось впечатление, что персонал работает по принципу ”на дурака, прокатит или нет”. В столовой завтраки нормальные, есть что поесть, но каши были на вид не впечатляющими, блины и оладьи просто разогретые. Из плюсов: до моря очень близко, ходили в спа ”Sea spa” просто волшебно.

The resort of Imereti is an excellent complex from the start, ideal for the off-season, as the sea is nearby but the beach is far away (in summer, transfer to the beach). Super walk-head to Adler or the center of the resort. Nice big room with balcony and view. Only the bathroom is small and high (suitable for children with small children), but it is best for adults to bring a shower. 2 working pools, but not always available in good weather. The food is very good choice, the cappuccino is not good, water and milk, almost no coffee, it can save Americano and espresso, there is not a lot of space in the dining room, sometimes you have to wait for a while. Free tables, terrible, no staff control. Someone came in last, first sitting down at the empty table. The area is very nice, good playground. A beautiful area, close to the first swimming pool + fitness area. The animation is already working :).

I, as a traveling tour agent, cannot leave without notice the hotel I visited personally. In Rostov we lived in it at our extreme arrival to Adler. According to the earlier reviews about this hotel, the girls on the respiratory meeting us were very joyful and friendly. And as they say - the first impression you can't fix ))) Despite the fact that (as is commonly said in the tourism circles) the hotel is a little tired and is perfect for a comfortable rest. It has an ideal location. In step-by-step access, all - sea, Mandarin shopping (with all its cafes, breweries, raw warehouses, wine shops, chinques, etc), the main embankment with beaches, the famous Adler market, Imeretin Port, Olympic Park, The South Cultural Park (dendrarium), the stop of a high-speed bus in Big Sochi, dining rooms, shops and a lot of things that we haven't explored yet 🤣🤣🤣 And yes, the location is not the only merit.

Нам понравилась гостеприимная встреча сотрудников отеля – нам очень быстро предоставили номер в отеле, в котором имеется абсолютно все для приятного отдыха. Питание можно выбрать на свое усмотрение и размер кошелька, также можно посетить ресторан который располагается в отеле. Мужу очень понравилась сауна, в которой можно погреться, а после этого поплавать в бассейне.

I, as a traveling tour agent, cannot leave without notice the hotel I visited personally. In Rostov we lived in it at our extreme arrival to Adler. According to the earlier reviews about this hotel, the girls on the respiratory meeting us were very joyful and friendly. And as they say - the first impression you can't fix ))) Despite the fact that (as is commonly said in the tourism circles) the hotel is a little tired and is perfect for a comfortable rest. It has an ideal location. In step-by-step access, all - sea, Mandarin shopping (with all its cafes, breweries, raw warehouses, wine shops, chinques, etc), the main embankment with beaches, the famous Adler market, Imeretin Port, Olympic Park, The South Cultural Park (dendrarium), the stop of a high-speed bus in Big Sochi, dining rooms, shops and a lot of things that we haven't explored yet 🤣🤣🤣 And yes, the location is not the only merit.

Stayed another early autumn holiday at the Rixos Krasnaya Polyana with my daughter. It was perfect in all aspects, best regards and many thanks to the hotel team. Location is the best, in the heart of the mountains with very easy excess to the facilities of Krasnaya Polyana and seaside Sochi. In the recent years (I am a visitor since 2017) the hotel is definitely keeping his place of the best in the spot, with a lot of improvements going on.

The hotel has a very good bath complex, an open pool with heated water. But!!!! Everything is already tired and needs repair. As wishes: in the hotel make limits by the age of guests 10+ , if you position yourself as a hotel for a true rest and full dive into the hilling atmosphere. Small and screaming children are completely unsuited to the hotel concept. The feeling that everyone is going specially with children to this hotel because of the pool, with the age and time limits on the children's bathing , no one complies, no one responds to the comments and no staff follows. You can rest at the pool only in the first 30 minutes after the opening (9:00-9:30). Then the kindergarten starts, with parents lying on the lying, and children scream in the pool. It is evident that the hotel is not coping with the flow of guests, on the counter always the queue. In general, the hotel is on a firm 3.5, absolute price-quality discrepancy, the price is very overstated!!! Everything written in the advertising of the hotel – is already very tired, repair requires. Especially in the SPA all the shaded, stable scent of the sewer.

This hotel stayed for the first time. And never regretted! From the first minutes we were covered with attention and care. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable - everything is there. Beds are very convenient and bed linen is perfect. Cleaning every day. Everything you ask is decided in the shortest time. The view from the window is unreal! The location is successful. The area is decent - there is a place to go for a walk. Breakfast is as a separate kind of art. Very tasty, satisfactory and worthy choice for any taste and preference. Bonus: A glass of champagne is a small one, but pleasant) SPA is worthy. Despite not all was open (repair work), we had a great time! In fact, you can not go out of the hotel, as all entertainment, service - under one roof. In the evening you can play the casino - interesting) The hotel is very beautifully decorated and order everywhere. I want to thank the whole Marriott team for professionalism! We'll be happy to come back to you many more times and recommend to friends!
