An authentic, properly made French soupe de poisson has to be one of my culinary winter favourites. For some reason it's hard to find the 'right' version that offers the traditional rich flavour, even in France. To my surprise, the restaurant at the hotel served one of the most delicious soupes I've ever had. Sadly, not the same good luck in the other restaurants on the island, so more than once decided to keep the dinner light to enjoy a late soupe treat upon returning to the hotel. And adding to this rare find are the wonderful views, facilities and the efficient service you get at the hotel, which is a great choice for that corner of the island.

highly recommended, best experience, service, staffs 10/10. very sweet and welcoming. they took care of us. it was my mom's birthday and the team prepared s small cake as a surprise for her. it was such a sweet gesture which she appreciated a lot. every single staffs were so sweet and helpful towards us. food was excellent and great choice. would definitely go there again! wonderful experience!!! Thank you so much Dolce Vita team.

Stunning property. Lovely staff. Delicious food. Gorgeous view. Great pool. Just perfect!! Beautiful room. Exquisite presentation of food. Restaurant excellent. Only thing to fix is to have dimmer lighting at dinner on the terrace.

Room 121 they gave me is the worst one ever. You get hit in the face by the most pungent sewage odour as soon as you open the door. Even the AC was useless in driving it away. I had to leave open the veranda door, which was unsafe because it being on the ground floor. To pay more than 600 euros for two nights only to be given such a disgusting room is irresponsible. They know about this problem, but they choose to give out the room because they only care about making money. It’s entirely a deception. Besides, you get this feeling of being a cheap hotel that has lost its quality. No bottled water. No pressing iron, no dressing table, which as a woman is hyper compulsory for me. The bathroom was left in a deplorable condition. Only goodness knows who cleaned up after you. There are better hotels in Ajaccio, but they were all fully booked. I will never come here again, and I don’t recommend them. Please, go elsewhere. Try Radisson Blu or Best Western Residence; both are near the airport.

Nous avons passé un doux et agréable séjour, le personnel est accueillant ,la chambre confortable , la piscine est chauffée et surtout nous avons pu profiter de nos vacances avec notre chien. 💙 : petit déjeuner sur la terrasse de l’hôtel et cadre idyllique !

Équipe du restaurant très pro, sympathique et à l'écoute. Une belle carte et de magnifiques desserts. Nous avons passé un excellent moment . Tout cela accompagné par un pianiste. Une adresse à ne pas loupé .

Magnifique établissement dirigé par une main de maître ! Avec un staff au top, spécial clin d’œil à Mahé à la réception qui nous a donné pleins de bonnes adresses à découvrir ! Et Jean Jacques nous reviendrons c’est certain . Une valeur sur, calme, luxe et volupté comme on dit. Francoise et Bruno

En ce qui concerne le restaurant, déçu ,pas de mise en bouche on vous apporte l’entrée alors que l’apéritif n’est pas terminé, mon mari a pris de la viande pas de très bonne qualité plus filet de vache que de bœuf , très mal présenté , volcan de purée café sans mignardises ou même un petit chocolat =rien, moi par contre trilogie de poisson excellent mais bon quand même déçu 😞

Belle parenthèse, dans ce très bel établissement. La piscine et la terrasse du restaurant surplombent la mer, c’est magnifique. Belle carte et belle cave, nous nous sommes régalés de l’apéro jusqu’au dessert ⭐️. Très bon accueil, le personnel et professionnel et très sympathique. Merci pour la table bord de terrasse 😉. Nous reviendrons. Pas de services autour de la piscine, c’est dommage…
