"The room I reserved for 2 nights was not available. I only stayed for one night, and for the other night, due to a mistake at the hotel, I couldn't stay in the room I wanted and was moved to a room for people with disabilities. I had a lot of friends who went with me, and I thought about it a lot before deciding and paying for the accommodation first... I feel so sad... And I felt even worse because the first man at the hotel treated me poorly. I can't trust this app either. I can't trust that hotel either. I don't want to make a reservation using this app anymore. I never want to go to this hotel again."

"The hotel staff are friendly and courteous, and the food is of good quality. You need to pay attention to the room type. My friends who are traveling with me are assigned to the highest floor of 6/F. They need to go to the elevator twice from the underground and then go up one flight of stairs to reach the room. There is no bathroom in the room. If you have luggage or are traveling with children or the elderly, you need to ask the hotel in advance."

"The Ryokan and room was incredible! It felt like travelling back in time. The onsen was also super nice. The only issues were that the Onsen was at the sister hotel. It was only a 5 minute drive, but it would have been nice if they had their own. Also, the food was incredible, we had the breakfast. However we did not order the dinner because we were not sure if we would arrive to the Ryokan in time. Unfortunately they did not have any food at all, if you did not order the full set meal ahead of time. We went to a restaurant nearby which was ok...but it would have been nice if they had a couple menu items that were available outside of the full pre-booked set meal. "

"The hot springs were great! I especially enjoyed the open-air bath at Aoumi-no-Yu, which had a variety of different baths. The view from the room was also spectacular. The staff were also very friendly. I arrived early, but they didn't make me wait long and I was able to relax in my room."

"The room is large enough for one person and is very close to Ako Castle, just one traffic light away. However, the facilities are old and the hotel Wi-Fi is not connected at all! The overall environment is good and there is no odor in the room."

"We stayed in the annex, but it was inconvenient because we had to walk outside to get to the main building every time we had a meal. We went with my parent who has trouble walking, so there was very little barrier-free access, which was a problem."

"A truly satisfying experience! I would definitely stay here many more times! The room was spacious and quiet, offering a very comfortable stay! A floor-to-ceiling window overlooked the sea, offering a perfect view of the sunrise; I didn't even want to draw the curtains while sleeping! The room was fully equipped, especially the kitchenware, which included various cooking utensils and basic seasonings. As someone who enjoys cooking, seeing the kitchen immediately made me decide to cook all my meals in the room! The hotel is largely self-service; there are usually no staff at the front desk, but they provide contact information so you can call if needed. The hotel staff were also very friendly. When we checked in, a staff member happened to be passing by and immediately helped us carry our luggage to the room; otherwise, we would have had to carry it up the stairs ourselves. Furthermore, we only decided to use the barbecue grill on the balcony after checking in, but because we notified the hotel too late, they couldn't prepare any ingredients. However, they provided the grill for us and gave us detailed directions on where to buy barbecue ingredients nearby."
