This hotel is budget price so it does have small draw backs as expected but overall the apar**ent is lovely and modern but personally i feel like it needs a deep clean it’s not awful but their was stain on duvets and curtains on pillow protectors on the sofa bed etc I feel like the mattress and pillow protector should be wash after every guest and I don’t think that is being done. The balcony also smelled awful there a lot of empty bottles thrown above the roof of building below which I think is giving the bad smell once again it’s an easy fix. We also had a problem with the shower not draining the water away but I told reception and they came and got the issue fixed the same day. The cleaners come in every day too and supply new towels empty the bins. The staff in general are really nice. The location is good if you want to be close to the ***** but not so close your kept up with the loud music and your 30min walk to old town which is beautiful!!! Personally i probably wouldn’t stay here again as I preferred to be closer to old town and would probably want to book a hotel there . If you do book here it’s a 4/5 euro uber drive from the hotel. 100% recommen downloading uber app The swimming pool here is small but nice enough it’s a total sun trap so sun all day can’t complain! Last of all if you do book here in a group please bare in mind there is no privacy in the toilet as there giant glass screen from the bedroom if you do want privacy there is a toilet near reception

Terrible hotel. We booked in were shown up to our room via dangerous steps! The place is covered in fake grass that has just been thrown down not fitted properly. We had upgraded to a superior room with pool view judge for yourselves with photos attached. The sun loungers and cushions on the fake grass balcony were absolutely filthy. Nothing like the pictures on the web site they must have been taken when the hotel was first built. It took us about 20 minutes to assess the situation booked alternative accommodation went back down to reception and checked out.

Arrived around 9 30 pm Sunday,lift not working so refused upstairs room. as 2 flights of stairs , dangerous step at top .On fiirst glance looked modern and clean. Dropped luggage in and went out. Next day had shower ,was overhead 1 couldnt get hose to work , drain slow and tray filled up , On Tuesday water started running into our bathroom from upstairs . Got someone to fix it , but hadnt went in on night and no elec , reception turned it on , Was due to water getting into elec from cable where lights had been removed . only noticed wire hanging when plumber come as we were moving . Was running like a river next morning at 8 , we were asked to move into room next door , so 4 days later had to move . Sink slow in that bathroom ,and just hose . for shower , same problem with shower tray . noticed stains on bedroom curtain and mould too but not for few days , . panal at 1 side of curtain was mouldy . Sunbeds dirty , rubbish laid around , large gravel out the back of bedroom was hard to walk on , some had table , not many or chairs . only fresh towels and bins emptied in room .About 3 or 4 parasols not as shown in pic of all fronts . Fake grass covered all floor areas outside some was uneven . No breakfast available to buy as stated . Location was good , think showing very old photos of place when brand new as some were getting painted while we were there and drilling going on . Pretty basic but spent most time out .

This hotel is great value for money. The room decor was lovely. A small but nice complex. It has everything you need for a stay. Loved the different modes on the shower! Compared to other hotels in the area, this one really stands out! Would stay again!

The pictures must have been taken years ago as it is very run down & unclean there are a few loungers but no umbrellas, rooms not cleaned, in the shower there was clear glass from bedroom into the shower so no privacy & shower drain doesn’t drain so overflows don’t be fooled by the pics & read all the reviews nearly all recent ones are bad I had also left an expensive shirt there & some friends were still there I emailed them & messaged them on Facebook no reply my friend asked reception & they didn’t want to know

Ok this is going to confuse anyone trying to book reading the reviews. I was very apprehensive after i read the reviews, however i have had a very good experience. Bilal at the desk was very helpful, friendly and had lots of useful tips. I felt the hotel looked as it did on the pictures, my room was very modern, comfortable massive bed, tasteful decor and clean. Honestly i would stay again. The location was perfect 5 minute walk from the *****, but quiet enough that you can sleep peacefully. Airconditioning, housekeeping, towels, wifi and smart tv all good! The only drawback i would say is the fake grass is nit laid properly, and the shower pressure is weak.

Don't let the photos fool you there must of been taken when it 1st opened. It is so run down & filthy staff not interested in Yr care or comfort. Cleaning is a joke. All there did was shot you some towels in & pulled out the bin liners. No sweeping or mopping. Fake grass were your lounges are we're covered in rubbish . Fag butt's. Bottle tops .tissues. don't waste Yr money. Shop around area. Blood on pillow case's shower as no shelf for soap or other products. Also as a glass wall into bedroom so no privacy when in shower or using toliet. Shower doesn't drain so always as water in which becomes very slippery after using shampoos ect. Everything is stained. Top step as slab missing so very dangerous. Lift wasn't working so not good if you have a medical condition as myself & husband did .so having to carry 2 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. The top one missing was very dangerous. Marks on walls lack of kitchen facilities. Kitchen cupboards scratch the ceiling when trying to open them .sewage smell in bathroom. Sink is loose. Headboards marked of peoples heads list is endless . I've enclosed photos plz take a look holidays are not cheap & to been shown the photos on there site is not a true likeness. 🙄

A stunning apar**ent with the pool at our feet. We had one of the ground floor apar**ents which brings you straight out to the pool. Apar**ents above have a balcony and sunbathing area. These apar**ents are beautiful. With a huge bed. Extremely comfortable and clean. We highly recommend staying here. Please note there is a kitchen but no kettle but reception are open 9am onwards for coffee at 1 euro each. Or a cafe just around the corner (2/3 min walk) that open early and are very cheap.

On arrival met with a receptionist who spoke zero English and told could not check in till 4 pm couldn't even explain to us where we could go to find shops etc , rooms are basic but spacious however our room was FREEZING we had to walk around with fluffy jumpers and even wear them to bed we rarely had hot water and the shower was difficult to work out and i got sprayed in the eye , the perks were the safe were not chargeable and when we eventually worked out the heater the room was much more comfortable, sadly the beds were rock hard and for someone with back problems this left me in agony DAILY the pool was FREEZING expected for this time of year though walking around it's VERY. Clear that the renovation has been cheaply and poorly done with many parts falling apart and mould in virtually every room on one part of the building the actually roof had fallen down exposing the chipboard flooring above room has barely enough cups however did have microwave toaster etc cleaners were useless to be honest rubbish left in the wardrobe when we arrived and our room was never once cleaned however clean towels dropped in daily balcony was disappointing as we were the only partner in the row not to have table and chairs out there bathroom window constantly opened itself meaning our room has been UNBAREABLY cold to the point it was warmer to go outside than stay in our room, the hotel does not tell you that you are aloud to use the pool next door which is marginally warmer than the artic one we had hot water is cut of at a set point daily meaning if you want an evening shower or wash your face you have no chance, in terms of cutlery etc we had two tea cups and a wine glass hardly what you expect to see also there has been clear burn damage from previous guests leaving concern on our part that we will be charged for this uncomfortable having staff who do not speak English as left us feeling like we could not raise our issues as he just looks at you blankly when arriving we had 8 hours to wait around and he could not even tell us where the closest restaurant was absolutely ridiculous considering he is in a tourist area and naturally tourists don't know where things are ! Would come back to this area would i come back to this hotel? Probably not if i wanted to be freezing cold in my room i would stayed at home and safed myself the holiday cost it's been an absolute joke how cold our room is and for me ruined part of this experience bring Multiple COATS
