The location is great, however there is party going on every day until 11, which makes it impossible to rest before 11. We also found lice in the room.

Perfect location if you’re looking to stay near the beach. Walking distance to Albufeira city center, around 15 minutes. The bathroom needs a renovation but it’s a 3 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect! Our room had a very nice terrace , with a beach view.

The hotel is situated in a nice spot right by the beach that is absolutely beautiful. By walking on the beach you can get to town which is well worth visiting. The main pool does have all the entertainment during the day, such as aerobic and kids games. There is one bar by the pool serving some selection of snacks, I.e. toasts, fruits, drinks. It is by order, not a pick and choose by yourself. The main restaurant is accessible by the lift as it is on the 7th floor. Views are gorgeous. The staff in the restaurant was amazing, very friendly, and very accommodating and made our stay a very enjoyable one special thank you to Tikal and Sami . It is a small hotel not as some big village like places so if you look for a nice stay without much walking that is for you. People do reserve sunlounges very early onh so even though we did not want to do it we ended up waking up early just to put our towels on as otherwise we wouldn't have a nice sunlounges and having 2 kids would be hard to manage. A bit slippy and hilly in places. Evening entertainment was too late for our kids to enjoy, so we skipped that. Overall we had an amazing time.

Not really suitable for Disabled clients. Complex over wide and hilly area. Stayed all inclusive, food reasonable. Lacking enough toilets around main bar area. Rooms large. All in all, a reasonable hotel for money paid. Probably will return.

Well here goes ,My wife booked a family holiday for 14 of us ages from 5months, 1year old,3year old ,4year old ,11 year old,and 14 years old plus Mum's, Dad's, Granny and Gramps. We stayed for 10 nights all inclusive. All our rooms had sea views in main building ours was 206,others were 501,503,and 601. All spacious with kitchen area,and tables and chairs for all.The food was a good standard plenty of choice breakfast cooked or continental, fruits ,bottomless hot drinks the restaurant has stunning views of the beach and pool area. The lunch menu plenty of choice in restaurant or if you only wanted lite bites the pool bar provides a good choice aswell.Evening meals again plenty of choices,from salads,to good main dishes ,Porksteak,fish dishes,Tuna,swordfish, Marlin ,first time I tried this awesome,steaks etc ,cheeseboard ice cream, loads of desert and yes potato new,sauté ,boiled, CHIPS!!. I could go on but to please everyone that's just a sample of what's on the menu.As I said there were 14 on this hols and we all had a fantastic time. Location is spot on the swimming pool looks directly over the beach from sunbed to shoreline about 3mins ,tip barter parasol price or save your self 15 euro a day for hire 2beds and parasol by buying one from shop . The hotel was kept clean at all times considering its peak season they had a hard job but did a great one.The bar staff were very good ,yes you might have to queue up for a drink but with such a lot of guests that was expected. The evening entertainment was for me personally a bit hit and miss but my grandaugters 3,and 4 enjoyed themselves but it was late 9pm ishfor them. The pool table could do with a couple more for company,you lost money too long to wait. A big shout out goes to all staff ,Reception thanks for organising packed lunches for us all to take to waterpark(14). Pool bar for yummy toasties and drinks with a smile. Restaurant team,for getting us all tables for 14,and taking the time to speak to our grandchildren while working your socks off,sorry I didn't catch name's. Lastly to the activity team and a special mention to the leader around pool ,a young man who done an excellent job to provide entertainment for all .If you wanted it thank you We made fantastic memories Thankyou All

29 degrees on arriving at hotel room not ready had to wait along with others. Reception staff very friendly. Went to bar/sitting area for drink whilst waiting. The bar area is very often understaffed in day and had to wait a while for a drink. Given our keys to an upgraded room as we were told better than expected. 👍 we headed off get the tuck tuck to our room. Quite a distance from main block. After looking at room which had kitchen, bathroom lounge with tv in and bedroom, along with good sized balcony. All in need of refurbishment in my opinion. The tv in lounge is ok but we like to watch tv in bed if early doors. No kettle, no hairdryer, but bottle water ! Thanks. Our next trip out was to evening meal which consisted of a walk to main block, get in lift 6 floors up , walk along corridor then up 2 flights of stairs to get to restaurant. Food ok not hot, choice of fish dishes or rice dishes. We always had a nice salad as starter and desert. Lovely view from restaurant. I have no problem with lifts but when they not working I struggled to do 6 floor of stairs, you have an option to walk around to restaurant up a hill if you wish. So people who struggle to get around this is not for you. Lovely beach setting, beach bar nothing to do with hotel, beds around £15 euros a day and expensive drinks. If you fancy a trip to old town get the free hotel shuttle bus arrives anytime between 10 and 10.15 nice little trip. You can always go to the pool bar which is always busy to get your all inclusive drinks if that’s what board you’re doing. The drinks are ok in paper cups but still not nice drinks that are offered. Beer ok. The stag party’s had no problem obviously. Cleaning every day not to my liking but ok, still had dirty towels on balcony no table wiped down and glasses put in sink not taken away. This in all is a lovely located place if you like walking up hills, basic accommodation, basic food, rowdy stags round pool, beds like a board, you will be fine!! Like I said staff are great, hard working but the overall buildings need looking at. It’s a great place I would think for self catering, but you pay for a kettle etc.

Loved every minute! Two pools (one pretty much private we seemed to have the whole place to ourself all morning) then we would go to the busy pool around midday where there was music and dancing from the animation team. Amazing team with kids and adults day and night. The team were so lovely, especially Mauricio who is so kind and funny. He got us involved in everything and remembered all our names which makes a huge difference. Hope he sees this because he deserves the recognition. The only thing was the lifts are scary as hell and do not sense if you’re still halfway through the door when they are closing 🫣

Great value for money .we got 5days AL for what other places wanted for BNB. a bit shabby in places food ok ,Room was large and comfortable .most off the rooms are scatterd over a large area as its like a little village rather than a hotel in one building.. Staff were all lovley one in patticular Mohamed who is ground staff got to single him out for his honesty ,I lost a valuable ring in the entertainment area and he found it ,ive heard lots off stories off thigs getting stollen from rooms (not this hotel but in general) I was so relived .All guests were realy friendly good party atmospere every night in the entertainment area .Would 100% recommend.
