From the minute we arrived at this Exceptionally placed Hotel, we were made to feel at Home. The Staff are genuinely friendly relaxing and warm. From Vincenzo showing us the Beautiful Orange Garden Terrace, the Pool staff, the super helpful recieption ladies,the excellent Breakfast team, to the immaculate clean fresh rooms made up by the Friendly Ladies Team. Breakfast is perfect with an incredibe selection, with Cakes more than you can eat, and Full Continental in a Fresh,Airy Breakfast room, the Staff attentive and friendly fun. The Hotel is Top Quality in superb location. We chilled both by the quiet sheltered Pool, which is clean beautiful, and a short stroll to Beach with a superb 180 Mountain Vista. Dining out each night in Town you are spoilt for choice for excelelnt ambience Restaurants in this Warm, well designed lighting labarynth of Via's and views. We came for an anniversary night away and we loved it. The couples massage by Giusy and Stella was beautiful (I loved the heated bed and sheet - though my boyfriend found it a bit too hot), and the atmosphere and decor of both the spa and the massage room was very serene. There was prepared fruit and biscuits, and a selection of drinks in the spa as well. The size of the room was great, with a little balcony, a kitchenette, a living room area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The sofa was comfortable, there was a TV in both the living room and the bedroom - and they had YouTube, netflix etc on them. However there was only one hook in the whole place, in the bathroom. Not the most convenient. Our biggest complaint was that the bathroom smelled horrible. Really musty and no matter what we did, we couldn't clear it. Also, there was no free water, tea, or coffee. Breakfast was nice, but nothing exciting. It's the standard offering of a few biscuits, toast, yoghurt, croissants and fruit. As the hotel has no restaurant, there was no hot breakfast. All-in-all, we would definitely come back again, we had a lovely time, and the staff were all nice and welcoming.

Wow. From the moment we arrived this place was excellent. After a harassed airport experience (London), we hadn't properly eaten and had been up since 2am. The reception when we checked in asked us if we would like them to call the restaurant to stay open for us as it was about to close. They weren't aware of our starvation so this was such a welcome offer we were very grateful. So we got our late lunch. It was fabulous food. Much appreciated. We were upgraded to a sea room view and no steps (godsend with a 2 year old). The resort was very quiet I think early May is not peak season. Which we loved. Pool days were maybe us and one or 2 other guest parties. No fighting for sun beds or all that malarkey. Pool freezing but stunning. Once you're in its actually quite lovely but initially takes your breath away. Maybe in peak summer it's warmer. The room was lovely, cleaned every day, to an excellent standard. I would prefer 2 pillows to the 1 each provided. Kitchenette fully equipped, no salt and pepper and no kettle but we used a saucepan for hot drinks. No bother. There's a great supermarket called Deco not too far which you can stock your fridge with lovely Italian fayre. You need a car here as the roads aren't walkable, I saw few taxis and public transport appeared a bit of a lengthy process. Breakfast! What can I say. I've been home a week and still miss it. Fresh fruit, cereal - your usual, then eggs, sausage,bacon (OH says delicious). Pastries, cakes, olives. You name it. The waiter takes your coffee order and brings it to your table with a stunning view out to sea. Impeccable friendly service from all staff. The play park a welcome area when you have a toddler. Overall a stunning location, excellent, clean and fabulous service. Would visit again without a doubt. Thank you!
