We are in walking distance of the beach and several dining options.This all-suite hotel is eco-friendly and pet friendly (size restriction and a fee per pet does apply). Many of our furnishings are made from recycled materials and we use bulk bath products and real dishes to reduce our carbon footprint. There are several lighted outdoor areas, perfect for relaxing. On Amelia, see birds and other animals at the Egan's Creek Greenway, Beach and Marsh areas, accessible by foot, bike, or a brief drive. Jacksonville International Airport is 40 minutes away.Complimentary breakfast is served 6 am to 10 am with over 20 rotating hot and cold items. The hotel does not offer shuttle services. Breakfast is a muffin and coffee or tea to go , cleaning people very kind bar was very loud wasn’t worth the free drink basically the bartender was the loud one , nice pool area , with hammock , a lot of areas under construction but room was clean receptionist was very kind and so much free stuff ie;bikes drinks coupon for free app at local restaurants close to the beach

The facility was in it's first week of operation. Lovely facility and very nice staff. .With that said there were a some items that were of concern. The shower door opens into the bathroom allowing water from the door to drip onto the tile floor. If the bath mate is placed in front of the sink it does does not reach the area infront of the door. There is no hand rail in the shower. The business center, computer and printer, is next door at the adjoining Courtyard, freestanding with no privacy in the lobby. With that said this is still a very nice facility that coud use a couple of finishing touches.

The Residence Inn exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located and is in walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The room was large, had a desk and small kitchen table and also a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a large refrigerator. Basic kitchen items (pots, dishes, glassware, flatware) are stocked. Everything was very clean. The walk-in shower was large and the towels were plush. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and no road noise was heard. An outside pool and putting area are available as well as a small inside exercise room. Breakfast was included and was very good with scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon one morning and ham and cheese fritatas plus bacon another. Make your own waffles. Fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cold cereal, juices, etc. ensure something for everyone. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and always had a welcoming greeting. The only ”complaint” I had was that the first floor ice machine was out of order. We would not hesitate to book again for a return visit to Amelia Island. Pets are allowed, as we saw several dogs, but I did not inquire as to charge or any restrictions.

When arriving to the hotel the front desk guy was absolutely amazing friendly and kind But when leaving the front desk girl was not helpful at all. I love the view Unfortunately we didn’t have a car because it broke in the high way so we couldn’t stay Sunday and took an Uber to go back because nobody help us really at renting a car or something.
