The only reason I got a high rating for calling this is I cleaned my room myself the whole time the time I asked for towels sat in the hallway for 2 days and I had to go to the front desk and ask her towels and they told me to wait that they would call somebody but nobody ever showed up so at 3:00 in the morning I had to go back to my desk just to get towels. Had some complaints about people upstairs it was way too loud when princess sitting would call up there and ask him to stop apparently they didn't because it's still extremely loud and somebody broke into my room two times when I was getting in the shower

房間挺大的，二房一廳有廚房，可以煮吃，好。環境一般，距離機場不太遠，附近就是一個湖已經結冰了，景色秀麗。

Beds were filthy and dirty no towels, no toilet paper ceiling falling in people passed out in the hallway should be condemned

There was hair and some other type of solids (dirt, small pebbles) all over the bed sheets. I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter with all my clothes on. It was very noisy and you could hear loud tvs and music though the wall.
Spend a few extra dollars and go down the road to the Lakefront Hotel.

There were no inside door locks in the room I stayed in . The carpets were stained and smelly.

TV didn't work. Heat was poor. Moldy coffee in pot. No coffee. Part of building burnt down. No maid service. Complete failure

Tv didn't work and no towels, room was dirty. They wouldnt change the room or even gove a towel to take a shower

It was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had the room was absolutely filthy. The doors would not lock when I reported it to the staff they said there was nothing they could do

Friendly staff - room was equipped with a kitchen / kitchen table- walk in closet and full bathroom.
Had a two queen room and one of the beds was in a separate room (like an apartment style. Definitely appreciated it
