The good and average: the staff was nice, the room and hallways were clean but stained, the room had minor repair issues.
The bad: horrible parking (limited to two small lots and on the street if those were full), not the best area of downtown Anchorage, one can only enter the building through the front door, not the door near the parking, and the breakfast provided was horrible: coffee and stale, plastic wrapped muffins. The room: it never cooled down even with the a/c on the entire length of the stay, flatware for the kitchen area had to be requested from the desk (but the clerks didn’t inform of that at checkin), there were no charge ports for phones or other devices and the available but limited wall outlets were not conveniently located.
Overpriced for what was offered.
