Very good service from the butler. Helpful crew that help us to find my father in law’s bag that left in the lobby bar. Very nice breakfast with variety choices. Room was big and cozy. Like the little pet zoo at the hotel.

This is my 1 st time in China and Changbaishan. I make correct decision to choose this hotel not just global brand facilities of hotel are all goods but all stuff have good service mind for foreigner not just only chinese's client. thank You Clever Chen and GSM staff to handle me with the good moment in Changbaishan not even service in their hotel ( hot spring, very nice, cute pet for kids) but to help booking ticket/ find lost mobile phone. i would like to suggest if you do not sure international hotel choice for foreigner....Crowne Plaza Changbaishan is good choice.

I can only warmly recommend the hotel. The entrance to the Changbaishan National Park starts almost in front of the door. The hotel organised all our trips in a very professional way. The service was particularly nice, friendly and kind. I especially want to thank the stuff !! Everyone!!! was always helpful to us. That made our stay particularly pleasant. The breakfast choice was wide ranged and delicious. And the barkeeper in the Vulcano bar knows his business.

We had a lovely stay. Especially ‘Clever’, who speaks English very well, helped us a lot and made our stay very stay very pleasent. We had a great view from our room on the mountain.

Hotel provided great service. Clever was extremely helpful in arranging pickup and dropoff at the train station as well as arranging my trip to the mountain. Excellent customer service and highly recommended.
Hot springs at the hotel are great with countless pools to choose from.
Room was spacious and clean.
Buffet dinner was good and the house beer was great.
Breakfast was okay - could be improved with more options.
Gym could have more equipment - only dumbbells and a few cardio machines.
Overall great stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Our experience was wonderful. The hotel provided free, prompt pickup and drop-off from the train station. Once we checked in, they connected with us on WeChat and responded promptly to all questions we had. The hotel room was spacious and VERY clean. We stayed during the off-season, and they upgraded our room for free. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. There were different types of indoor and outdoor hot spring tubs and pools which were conveniently spread out—some were bigger and some were smaller for privacy. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating.
Dinner was more expensive than other hotels we stayed at but still affordable.
