"This was my first stay at an Atour hotel. I looked at many options near Changbai Mountain's North Slope and finally settled on Atour. The hotel is quite new, and the garden-view room was very spacious, equipped with a projector – which was a big plus for the kids, as they could watch whatever they wanted in the room. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is also very close to the Changbai Mountain North Slope distribution center. We left early, arrived at 7:30 AM, and successfully saw Heaven Lake."

"I am a Korean tourist visiting Mount Baekdu, and I had a wonderful stay! If you are going to the North Peak of Mount Baekdu, there is no place with a better location than this. It was quiet, and the room was clean. The room was more spacious than I expected. The hairdryer was a Dyson, and the toilet was nice. There was also a projector, so it was great for watching movies. Most importantly, the host adjusted our check-out time and went out of their way to accommodate us, even though we had been unable to see Cheonji Lake for several days and needed to extend our stay. Fortunately, we were able to see the lake on our last day. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Mount Baekdu!!"

"This hotel is located on the outskirts of town, right next to the high-speed train station. The facilities are very new, and the various functional areas are well-distributed. The suite is quite spacious, perfect for a family of three, with two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The toiletries are Peter Thomas Roth, which is a Hilton brand standard. The front desk service was excellent; the staff were friendly, accommodating, and capable of independent problem-solving. They helped us resolve a few minor issues we encountered. However, the housekeeping and restaurant services were comparatively not as good and have room for improvement."

It's perfect whether you're traveling with family, friends, or a group, and the value for money is exceptional. Our stay during the May Day holiday was absolutely fantastic, hassle-free and comfortable. Both the location and the overall quality are impeccable. If you're visiting this area, this hotel is definitely my top recommendation!"

"At nearly 3000 RMB, frankly, the value for money was poor. The facilities were quite dated, though the location is convenient for accessing the North Slope of Changbai Mountain. Finding dining options required a 1.5 km trip. The hotel's design felt poorly thought out; having the bathtub right next to the head of the bed led to significant humidity. The biggest issue was the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, where urine stains from the previous guest were still visible on the toilet. On a positive note, the view from the window was lovely. Service was decent, with a dedicated chat group for guests and 24-hour availability. Overall, it was acceptable, but a price between 500-1000 RMB would be far more reasonable."

All the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. Because our extended stay couldn't be accommodated, they even took us to our next hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Sun (姓孙), who provided incredibly meticulous service, and of course, all the other attentive staff members whose names I didn't catch. Highly recommend staying here!"

The location was excellent and convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby (though not many), but Genting Market and Enduri were very close, and taxis were easy to get to. The rooms were clean and tidy, with complete and smart facilities, including a robot for delivery. The front desk service was also superb."
