"This five-star hotel gave me a great sense of security. I was so lucky to see the Heavenly Lake (Tianchi) at Changbai Mountain. They have a VIP fast track that saved a lot of time. And our butler, Li Chao, was incredibly responsive, arranging everything thoughtfully and promptly for guests. We missed the hotel's shuttle to the ski resort by a few minutes, and the butler immediately arranged for a dedicated hotel car to rush us to the next stop, the Crown Hotel, to catch our transport. It was incredibly thoughtful! For lazy travelers like us who don't want to think too much, it was such a stress-free experience. The breakfast was also excellent. The front desk was fantastic too; upon arrival, they upgraded us directly to a business executive room, which was comfortable and spacious. It's in Building 1 with direct access to the hot springs, and we enjoyed them for two nights – my child absolutely loved it. All the staff were welcoming and very attentive. The Food Court (Meishi Hui) had a great variety and generous portions, and everything was delicious. At the barbecue stand, I even got to try on traditional Korean clothing. Seeing the Heavenly Lake, which is only open for 50 days in winter, was an amazing experience. The train station shuttle service was also five-star; on our return, even though it was just the two of us, the bus still picked us up on time. Truly VIP service! Next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I'll definitely stay at Lan Jing again."

"The hotel is located in Erdaobaihe Town, not far from the high-speed rail station. We even got a room upgrade and pick-up service, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, very attentive. The room was warm, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a plus. Breakfast was also very good. The hygiene was impeccable. We booked a car to Daomi Inn, which wasn't far, and I even managed to buy some 'The Grave Robbers' Chronicles' merchandise there!"

"Good location, clean and room is quite spacious. There is a lady supported us with car arrangement to Snow Ridge, which made our trip to Changbaishan fantastic eventhough the scenic area was closed. We will come back another time"

"Our guesthouse stay this time really exceeded expectations! In terms of location, it's in the Endouli area, and the hotel staff (the 'little brothers') provided pick-up and drop-off services every time, making it super convenient to get to the high-speed rail station with a dedicated driver. The room design was excellent too, and the indoors were very warm. The courtyard design was also very thoughtful; our kids had a blast playing freely there. The butler and the staff ('little brothers') were incredibly dedicated and tried their best to meet all our needs. Their recommendations for food, drinks, and activities were also very practical. They could even arrange some excursions, which really enriched our vacation experience. The breakfast was quite thoughtful and a pleasant surprise – nutritious and varied daily. All in all, it was a fantastic stay!"

"The hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious with excellent lighting, and the owner clearly has great taste – the entire hotel has a fantastic style. It's located right in the Enduli Resort area, so stepping out to go shopping was incredibly convenient, and it's also very close to Yunding Tiangong. The shuttle service to Changbaishan Station was a huge plus. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast variety; it would be even better with a few more options, like pastries, which kids would definitely love."

Takes a long time to call Didi service in Chang Bai mountain. Breakfast at RMB15 is worthwhile. Serves porridge , egg, Mandarin and Pau. Can refill"

"The hotel is quite new, and the room's smart features are excellent. The soundproofing is pretty good, and they even thoughtfully provided eye masks and earplugs. The front desk gave us commemorative gifts during both check-in and check-out, which was a nice touch. The hotel is located inside a pedestrian street, so you have to walk a short distance after getting out of a car, but it's not far. It's also very convenient to get around to various attractions by taxi."

"An old hotel past its grandeur days. A little expensive for an old facility. Room is big though. Staff don’t work in unity. Front desk and concierge don’t work as a unit. Didn’t see the concierge after the initial check in. Front desk do not know when concierge will come in. Frustrating for guests who need the help of concierge. Being friendly to guests is not one of the work ethos of all the front desk staffs. Hot baths was good though."

"This stay was absolutely perfect! The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They helped us book various activities, provided a private car transfer, and even did our laundry, which saved us so much hassle. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. The afternoon tea was delicious too! Breakfast offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, and tasted great. The biggest surprise was the complimentary skiing and hot springs activities – the ski resort was professional and the hot springs were so comfortable. We had an amazing time! All in all, everything from the facilities to the service was impeccable. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"Great service from staff, they were warm, welcoming and helpful! Room is clean and spacious, but the beds are a little hard so it was a little uncomfortable sleeping on them. Location is great, there’s a lovely park across the street and it’s near the railway station. Shops are walking distance away too!"

"I was thrilled to get a free upgrade to a mountain view room. The peak was right opposite my window, offering a beautiful and expansive view. The room layout was practical, and the fact that you needed a key card to access the elevator floor really made me feel secure. Although the room facilities weren't brand new, they were well-maintained. The butler service was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and thorough, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. Overall, I was impressed with all the services during my stay. If I ever visit Changbai Mountain again, I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza Hot Spring Hotel!"

"This hotel is great! It's super close to the high-speed train station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are also tons of dining options nearby, so it's a really good place to stay. While there are other hotels in the area, it's hard to find one that's as clean, spacious, and has such a high-quality feel as this one."

"The hotel is huge with a great environment and a convenient location, just ten minutes from the high-speed train station when you leave. The shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient, and the driver was punctual. The front desk staff were warm and attentive in their service. It's also close to Enduli and various activities. The Guardian Hot Spring is very unique. The security guard and a lovely lady from Shandong working at the bathhouse were both very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the late-night noodles were delicious. They even have robots deliver takeout, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the North Slope."

"This is a Korean-themed hotel with a spacious courtyard. The accommodations are nice, clean, and hygienic. Both the front desk and the customer service manager are very enthusiastic and provide great service. If you're staying at the hotel, they'll directly take you to the hot springs and pick you up afterward. The next day, no matter what time your mountain ticket is for, you can arrange for the hotel's car to drop you off right at the entrance, so you don't have to wait in any lines. They'll also pick you up and bring you directly back to the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast selection is also comprehensive and tastes quite good."

"Absolutely dreadful review: The hotel I booked was supposed to provide a pick-up service. When the time came, the hotel called, claiming the driver had tried to reach me numerous times but couldn't get through, so he simply left. (My phone *did* show missed call notifications, but I can't believe they had the audacity to use such a blatant lie as an excuse!) Furthermore, the location is extremely remote, the rooms are tiny, and the soundproofing is abysmal. Do *not* believe their claims about a large projector screen; it's complete garbage. Thank you, Ctrip, for facilitating such a dreadful experience!"

The front desk staff were incredibly kind, proactively helping with my luggage and offering thoughtful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining spots. The room had great natural light and was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The bathroom had a good separation between wet and dry areas, and the hot water flow was consistent. The mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any hallway noise at night. The hotel offers convenient parking, and the breakfast selection was abundant and fresh. Overall, it's great value for money, with attentive service in every detail. It made my trip very comfortable, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The smart hotel really has smart rooms where Chinese voice commands are used with XiaoDu. Everything in the room are clean, new and well designed. The reception ladies are all friendly and professional, with one of them especially helpful. They have drivers who can send the guests to nearby places such as the breakfast places and railway station (5mins away). This hotel is centrally located in Antu town. Some rooms provide fruits every day which is much needed for me. Laundry service is provided too upon request."

"This time I came to Changbai Mountain to choose this homestay and spent four very comfortable days. Breakfast is delivered directly to the room, very rich; there is a driver's car to pick up and drop off in Erdaobaihe Town; sugar oranges, pears, Coke Sprite and mineral water in the hotel are free; There is a yard outside the room, floor-to-ceiling windows are directly open to the outdoors, and you can arrange tea in the stove at night. It is very pleasant and worthy of praise! ! !"

"I really don't recommend staying here in the summer. There's no air conditioning. It doesn't feel cooler than the Changbai Mountains. The room is incredibly stuffy unless you keep the windows open all night, which prevents you from closing the curtains. It's bright as day at 4:30 in the morning. Facilities: There are absolutely no amenities. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is terrible. I didn't dare use the cups in the room because of the sour, rancid smell."

"Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend."
