"Big shout-out to the front desk staff! The service was on point, and they were always there when you needed them, quick to respond and super friendly. They sorted out any issues fast. When I first checked in, I was a bit tipsy and probably not the easiest guest, but the front desk was incredibly patient and accommodating. On top of that, the hotel environment was great too. 📍 No. 88 Qingshuiyan, Pengxi Village, Penglai Town, Anxi İlçesi

"This is our top choice for a family vacation! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the entire resort grounds have a wonderful, vibrant feel. Even though it was a Golden Week holiday, the service was impeccable. A lovely lady, Manager Shi, who I later found out from a staff member is the Operations Director, was so kind and genuine. I had an urgent meeting come up and asked her if there was a private space I could use, and she arranged the Huaxiangyuan private room for me. I was so touched! We'll definitely be back next month!"

"Traveling to Anxi with my kids, we chose the Vienna International Hotel and it exceeded all our expectations. From check-in, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and they were so thoughtful with the little ones. The room was clean, odor-free, and well-lit, with a practical layout. The bed was just the right firmness, and the air conditioning was quiet, ensuring my child had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water and a full set of toiletries – all the details were well-considered. The hotel environment was quiet and comfortable, common areas were tidy, and the breakfast offered a good variety of tasty options that my child thoroughly enjoyed. The location is convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it easy to get around and find food. I felt completely at ease staying here with my children. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it to families visiting Anxi!"

"This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the room was very clean. There's also a 24-hour gym with a good selection of equipment, which is a great bonus, and a self-service laundry room available all day, which was fantastic. The breakfast quality is particularly noteworthy, with a reasonable variety including both local and Western options. The noodle station, where they cook fresh noodles, was very popular. The hotel's location in Fortune Center makes it convenient for getting around and finding food. Overall, both the soft and hardware aspects are excellent, making it suitable for both short trips and longer stays. Highly recommended."

"The hotel has a grand overall feel and convenient parking, although scanning a QR code every time you leave is a bit cumbersome. The rooms are outdated and have a musty smell, with noticeable stains on the sofa and carpet, and small bugs on the bed. The swimming pool is not crowded."

"The environment is great for photos, and my kids absolutely loved it. Definitely worth coming back for another night if we have the chance. The hot springs are very clean and relaxing. They even provide complimentary Qingshuiyan tickets and a dedicated shuttle to the attraction entrance, which is a short walk away. The air there is wonderfully fresh."
