Stayed here one night while in town on business. Hotel seems pretty new, furnishings are not ”worn” or tired looking. Staff is very helpful, and they all seem to genuinely enjoy working there. Stayed in a king bed suite and it was very large - full kitchen, sitting area, bed area and bathroom (with a door separating the toilet/shower area from the vanity). Room was clean and comfortable. They offer a basic breakfast each morning - more than enough to put something in your stomach before you head out for the day. On Wednesday evenings they also offer an evening reception which has a full meal (spaghetti and meatballs the night I was there) as well as complimentary cocktails (beer, wine). It was a really nice touch and well done - easily enough food put out for you to avoid having to go to eat somewhere for dinner. They have an outdoor seating area as well which I am sure is wonderful when the weather is warmer. I would definitely stay here again. (side note, if you need a restaurant nearby, LaPerla right next door is fantastic, but note that they only accept cash, regardless of what you might find otherwise on the internet).

Stayed for 1-night and a wonderful stopover experience as usual with Best Western. Very warm and friendly welcome from the 2 ladies at the front desk. Seeing we have luggage they gave us a room on the ground floor as there was no lift, car boot to room. Hotel was spread widely but has great WiFi cover. Room was a 2 bedder but a little tight with a misplaced dining table and 2 chairs. Otherwise well furnished with a microwave, fridge, TV and very comfortable beds with choice of pillows. Very clean too. Breakfast is great with hot food in a spacious setting. Well worth the stay and value.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 night with other team members. The rooms are dated, sheets don't fit the bed, and parking fees are absurd. The hotel parking lot connects to a ***** mall parking lot. There is parking everywhere including plenty in the hotel parking lot. But they still charge you a $7 per day for parking. Internet is beyond horrible. I paid $4 a day for the ”faster” internet and I was luck if it worked 20% of the time. Also good luck getting a good cell signal in the building. The worse part was the rude staff. On check-in, they charged me $109 for incidental. After checkout I was charged for the full stay which included room, parking, internet, state tax, and occupancy tax. They did not subtract the incidental fee they had already charged me on check-in. I had no other incidentals. I had two speprate charges on my card. One for the full price of my stay and other which should have been an incidental hold. I called the hotel to discuss the extra charge. I was connected to the hotel manager named Sara/Shara. Saying she was rude is putting it nicely. She spoke down to me and flat out refused to help and denied that there could be another charge. She made absolutely no effort to verify or look in to my concerns. All she had to do was review the audit reports and she would have seen the charge. I offered to share the authorization number for the charge or show her my credit card statement with both charges coming from same place. She was not interested. The kicker, she accused me or my co-workers of making the charge. So in her mind, I broke in to the hotel systems, charged my own credit card, and now was calling to request a refund back to my card? Hooray for customer service! In my experience, incidental are hold for a certain amount on my card. Not a charge that is never returned. An off the record charge coming from the same hotel sounds like a scam. Be careful and keep a close eye on you credit card statement if you want to brave this place. My company and I have been using Hilton properties for many years. After this experience, we will need to look for a more reputable hotel. Very surprised by this experience from a Hilton but I guess times are changing.

Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was nice clean. Bed was comfortable and a wifi wasn't bad for a hotel. Good location. Breakfast was closed due to the virus issue and I had to check out early due to a change in travel plans but while I was there was a very nice stay.

The service is very good, the room is clean, bright and spacious. There are outlets, Costco and other business districts nearby, but the breakfast is a bit simple.

Next to the Excelle Airport Hotel. A relatively simple hotel. There is a very simple breakfast in the morning, except that there is no catering service. About 300 meters out of the hotel, there is a gas station with hot and cold meals, daily necessities, etc. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and patiently answered various questions. The hotel provides airport shuttle service. There is a shuttle bus to the airport about half an hour. From the airport to the hotel, you need to call the hotel in advance to make an appointment.

The room with two double beds looks good and clean, but it is a bit inconvenient to have a shower without a bathtub. Very quiet, American breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly.
