"I initially thought the rating was decent, but the hotel breakfast was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 9:30 AM, and I'm not sure if it was because we were late or if there are always so few people, but it was just the three of us. The food selection was terrible, honestly the worst part of our entire stay at the hotel. It cost $10 per person. The ham had an unnatural, artificially red color, and the meat was visibly crumbly. The sausages were also very loose. Most importantly, my friend saw a cockroach crawling on the salad bar, so definitely do NOT buy the breakfast! The 6th floor of the hotel is still under renovation, and the noise starts as early as 8 AM."

"On the way in, I was scammed by a taxi, and the rough, unpaved road was exhausting, but the charming and beautiful scenery made me forget about it all. I was warmly welcomed, and with many cruise tourists, it didn't seem too dangerous. After a nap, there weren't many decent places to eat nearby, but they kindly arranged a round-trip tuk-tuk ride to a restaurant connected to the hotel, and I was able to eat my fill at a reasonable price. I was a solo female traveler, and my English wasn't very good, so they were very concerned. I asked them a lot of questions using a translator, and they did their best to make me understand. On the way out, I wanted to take the public boat, but they said it wouldn't be possible to take my luggage, so they called a taxi for me, and I was escorted back to the hotel. It was a wonderful experience, allowing me to escape the noise and minor scams of a long trip, and to feel the warmth of a rural village. Thank you."

"I feel this is the best four-star hotel in Aswan. It's not far from the bus station, so you can easily take a taxi. It's right next to the largest pedestrian street in the south, so it might be a little noisy at night. The service was exceptionally good. I only stayed one night, but they stored my luggage for two nights, and their attitude was truly outstanding."

"The best surprise of my trip to Aswan was choosing this hotel. I honestly can’t recommend it enough! The room was covered in beautiful, locally inspired murals, and I loved the atmosphere as soon as I walked in. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into every detail, from the natural lighting to the decorations and everyday items in the room. Everything works together beautifully, and it feels completely different from a generic chain hotel. It has such a relaxed, welcoming, home-away-from-home feel. The owner is incredibly kind, reliable, and helpful, and he helped arrange everything from meals to transportation. During my trip to Abu Simbel, whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, he responded very quickly through the app and always offered practical solutions, which made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. The food at the hotel was also delicious and really suited my taste. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations. I felt comfortable, well looked after, and completely at ease. If you’re visiting Aswan, you really can’t go wrong with this place!"
