酒店正在改造裝修，到處都有灰塵。餐廳也無法就餐，需點餐送到房間裏吃，很不方便。關鍵是攜程在網上沒有告知客人酒店正在施工裝修的現狀。很失職很不應該。

是個套房，面積很大，外面一個客廳，裏面一間卧室。離UT Austin很近，美國酒店沒拖鞋和牙具。總的來説還不錯。

I liked that it's being remodeled and the cookies were amazing! The front desk staff was amazing.
What I disliked is that I wanted to watch TV and it got very glitchy, all the channels. I understand that this is because it's under construction.
I would have loved more illumination in the room. I like brighter spaces to live. I understand yellow light is cozy and nicer, but not for me. I like to have the option of white bright light where you can see yourself well when you put on makeup.

Do not stay here. Not only is the lobby undergoing major renovations, but the rooms are not well lighted, the bedroom had two weak lights, and the decor and rooms are tired and outdated. Very disappointing.

Hotel under renovation. Started very load work at 9:00 on Sunday morning. Seems too early for a Sunday.

The a/c didn’t work the first night. The last night the water was turned off, so we couldn’t flush the toilet or use the shower or sink. The tub was stained. The door threshold was broken. The dishwasher made a horrible noise. In spite of all the ways this stay was unsatisfactory, the staff was wonderful.

The Double Tree was under construction, when we checked in we couldn't use water in our room, there was loud power tools being used in the room next to us at 9 am. It will probably be decent hotel when its remodel is finished but otherwise stay elsewhere. There was also a few to valet I didn't see posted anywhere in the app or at the hotel it wasn't mentioned until we checked out, $55

Only less-than-great thing was that it was under construction, remodeling -- so some services were limited. Otherwise was great.
